ok, so im waiting on my carbs to come in and i got bored not being able to do anything to the bike. I knew it needed some work cosmetically so since im sure that i will have to do this again next year, i didnt take a whole lot of time to do this, so here it is (so far) what do yall think? Before..... a couple of in progress...

2 questions..... 1 those WILL fit stock carbs....right? 2 do you have a buy it now for those of us here on the HQ?

sorry about the delayed response, but the tank came in on friday. thanks for the quick response, but you could have just shipped it ground and saved yourself a couple ofbucks on shipping. its not like i can use it any time soon.....lol

how about it......anyone else? possibly trade for just a black one?? i just dont wanna waste a perfectly good seat cover.

thanks for the comments everyone.....i appreciate everyones input since i have already bought the twist and its already on there, im gonna use it at least 2 times. that way if i dont like it the first time, i'll be sure the second time i ride. i like the stainless cable that came with it....so....if i have to go back to a thumb, whos a good manufacturer and can i get the stainless cable?

I recently got my first shee and before i even got to "ride" her she needed new carb caps, a new throttle cable an some new grips. So I went down to my local parts house and picked up a new twist grip style everything. It came w/ the caps, a stainless throttle cable, and obviously the twist grip. The reason I did this is because all my life I've been on bikes.....mostly rockets, so all I'e ever known is twist. Did I make a mistake? Should I have left the thumb throttle on it? Isn't the twist gonna be more "fluid" than a thumb throttle? Who has run both.....can you tell me the difference? :: ::
