i got the canon zr100 mini dv

what type of camcorders are some of you guys using, i just cant seem to find one reasonably priced

i havnt got a chance to look at the plugs yet cuz when i was in the process of doing that i sliced a good portion of my finger off on the sheet metal of my race car, so i went to take care of that and i havnt messed with it since cuz it snowed all day here. how do you do a plug chop, so i can do it tomorrow and post pics

ok now i have never had to seek help on a jeeting issue (if that is what this is) but i put dmc 916's, a dynojet stage 3 kit and tors removal on yesterday. all the power and snap is there but late in 3rd i pop. i have a k&n filter on without the lid. my mains are 280's needle is on 4th groove with stock pilots. it seems to be smoking more than it should in my opinion. i havnt checked the plugs yet since they were the ones that were in it when i bought it so i will start with new plugs and go from there. carbs are synched. anything i should consider or look at when i take it out tomorrow? i did buy an airbox lid and i am going to cal dmc tomorrow and ask them if i need the lid with the k&n. another concern is how much air it is sucking, you can hear it plain as day, maybe sucking too much air?? let me know what you guys think. thanx in advance! wasnt getting much help in the jetting and exhaust are so thats why i posted here too. i was also wondering how to do a plug chop, never done one before

well heres what i did, i took the plugs out, they were pretty dark and wet, so i put new ones in and took it for a ride and i cut a portion of my finger off on the sheet metal of my race car so i didnt get to take the new ones out. but i do believe that it is running a lil rich. my temp here is about 15 degrees and my elevation is around 700 feet. oh and my air screws are at 2 1/2 as per dynojets reccomendations.

wow, sux to be the guys with the red sticker. how do they dertemine whether you get a green or a red? are they issued at the time of manufacture or machine spacific?

i have a set of fmf gnarley pipes with the Q silencers $300.00 obo moose nerfs $90 obo stock heel guards and plastic backs make offer i will post pics tomorrow, you can see the nerfs on the quad in my other post in general discussion post title is Heres the new shee.

nope its a different quad than the '02 i was going to get, its an '03, i found this one about 20 min from where i live instead of having to drive 4 hrs plus it already had a durable axle, pipes (that i took off to put the 916's on) nerfs that are comming off and will be for sale along with the pipes i took off it. i think the fenders are gonna stay on for now :biggrin:

buying it, this will be my 5th one. so far i have had a '93, '96,'99,'02 this one is a black and red '03. its got fmf gnarley pipes (for sale) cause im putting my dmc's on, durablue axle, druable front wheel spacers, tag bars and brand new razr 2's thats about it. i am putting the dmc's on, taking off the nerfs which will be for sale also, and puttin on ims rolls with kickups, and a dynojet stage 3 kit.

thought id let ya guys know that my shee is comming home tomorrow. im getting pretty pumped up!! ill post pics as soon as i get it home
