Bruh I looked at that Race Tech brembo caliper. It is sweet. But I'm good on my caliper, I just want a beefier master cylinder. I ordered a cheapass $12 R1 Master cylinder to check the bolt pattern, and if it fits I'll order one of the Brembo R6 master cylinder used off ebay and a rebuild kit maybe.

How dry does my crankcase need to be after it got flooded.

Yeah, it got really flooded right before I took the jugs off then I rags in there around the rods and there was still some really oil gas in there. The engine's in the bike bruh, sitting on my front step, how I'm gonna fill it with gas, slosh and dump it? 🤣 That's why I had to suck it out with some fuel tubing, it was all good when I just used my cheeks, but at the end I was trying to suck the oil bubbles out and accidentally huffed some pretty nasty premix. One friend said I should be good unless it was like half full. -
I want to upgrade my rear master cylinder and I can't really find a better one than oem, I just have a crappy aftermarket one right now, but I put on the dual piston rear caliper from zoom zoom parts and I want a beefier master cylinder. I can't really find replacements that say how big the cylinder is, like for the front it's easy to find 15, 17 and 19mm master cylinders. But if this R1 or R6 Brembo will fit the bolt pattern I'll be good.

Yeah, just got a stuck ring a few weeks ago, and I wanted to ride.

I just got 'em back. Bored 64.50 and Wiseco's.

Now I have to do some work on it. I said low hours in the first post because I got it new and didn't take it out much. I replaced the original tires after a few month twenty years ago, and those replacements still have most of their tread. Took it to little Sahara once and local trails and lake dunes probably like 15 times. Also have another set of paddle tires I'd swap out for the Dunes, so they shared some wear, but they still look new. The original brake pads hardly had any wear. I just replaced them with YFZ450 brakes. But I ran it enough it has a stuck ring and light marks on the cylinder and lightly scuffed pistons. I lost 20 pounds of compression on the left cylinder last week after like a one hour ride then it wouldn't start after getting flooded the next day, so I pulled the head and saw the stuck ring. It was a dune port with 19cc domes on race gas. Then it had VF2's, but when I checked them, one of the reeds was starting to fray, so it had enough wear. So I gotta do something. Hopefully not having to buy new carbs. I'd rather get a stroker crank. Can I run those Assassin cylinders on 28mm Keihin PWKs? What's the biggest displacement I can run with my carbs bruh? Hey thanks for the answers before!

I pulled the cylinders and they don't look too bad, but I think that ring just stuck yesterday because last week I had 130 psi, and after riding yesterday it's down to 105. These were new pistons and new stock bore cylinders that I had ported a couple years ago, just time for a rebuild or something. I might get some new cylinders, but wondering is it possible to bore these out? Any options with nikasil cylinders that wore out?
