I have a weird problem, only the right cylinder is running and while it is running I can put my hand over the back exhaust muffler on the non-running left side and it will suck my hand to it...it is pullin a vacuum back through the exhaust.
Stats:
1998 Banshee
Good spark both sides - when switched does not follow
No work done prior to failure
Spraying wd-40 into left carb will not make it fire
115 left and 120 rt compression
Tors removed for years
Ignition switch jumped/removed
Stock carbs with 350 mains and .30 pilots
FMF pipes w/Spark Arrestors
Ported
Has ran fine for years with these mods.
Stock airbox with lid - no snorkle
I think I will go after the reeds first...they are boyson, but are several years old.
Thoughts on the Exhaust pulling a vacuum?
