i think you should just be able to pull it off...it shouldnt leave anthing unless silicone or something was used....as for the topend...im not positive but it doesnt look that bad to me...do a compression test

there should be a bolt in that hole.....on both jugs

im about sea level....temps in the 50s-60s.....i have t5s UNI pod filters and +4 timing...im running 270 mains....i did a plug chop and right cylinder was perfect but left was lean....but the bike runs perfect...i think the left carb had trash in it so i cleaned it......does the main seem to lean to you guys?.....thanks for any help.....tried search but its messed up at the time :: .....i did plug chop before the +4 timing...sorry sorry about being in the wrong forum.....this is the only forum that will open

i decided to just go for the 2-1- carb setup with twist instead of just buyin caps...but thanks for all the help guys

yeah all you need is the caps..but i think the caps are like 80 and im already buying all the stuff to redo the top end so i didnt really wanna buy them right now so i can get the adjustible timing plate

new to this...hope im in the right forum...do you guys know of any twist throttle i can get for my shee that doesnt require me to remove the TORS...they are unplugged but wanna spend the money on go fast parts instead of that...thanks

just got a new 87' shee and runs good but decided to check compression...it was around 90 for both cylinders so i pulled the head and its stock pistons and bore...but the cylinder walls are good and clearance isnt to bad...you guys think i could get away with a hone and rings for alittle while...want to ride it some before sending jugs off

i have stock carbs with UNI PODS that are 6 inchs long with a 25 degree angle...mount them with them angled toward each other and they clear the pipes
