I just got my 01' Shee at the end of last year. I hadn't rode it for a while because of the snow, but took it for a ride today. It is like 30 degree's outside, and still the coolant tank is boiling over. I started tackling this problem last year and put in a new aluminum impeller, and an inline cooler. Any other idea's? It is ok for like the first 5-10 minutes of riding, but then it gets really hot, and the "overflow" tank or whatever starts boiling and leaking all over. Do banshee's have a thermostat? Could that be it? PLEASE I really need to get this fixed! Thanks Jon

I just got a 2001 Banshee.. and its in nice shape, but stock cept for pipes and the head. I would like to tear the whole thing apart.. get the engine rebuilt.. possibly bored and stuff, and change the colors up a bit along with getting new bars, nerf's, and suspension. I know I will probably get some sh!t for this, but what do you think about doing the frame and everything in black/silver.. and doing a bright green on some of the plastics, then doing some kind of decal for Monster Energy. I love the crap, and love their logo+color. I just dunno if it'd end up looking too much like a Kawasaki. But maybe do the frame in black with like silver pegs.. axle.. ect, amd then just doing the springs and maybe paint the plastic black/green? Alls I need is the cap for the Coolant Tank. If you wanted to get rid of the whole tank that is fine too. I checked ebay and they are like 10 bucks with 20 dollar shipping, and alls I need is a cap! If u got one, email me at PonyGT302@yahoo.com Thanks Jon
