I run the R6 rear shock . It helps out alot its pretty stiff but I can move it down a half inch,, and it hooks up better then being right stiff. lets see some pics of your shee and mod list . might help us out more to get u hooking

I'm Adam from Ont but now live out in Lethbridge AB.
We take a rolling strat I'm 3 geared and when I get in the throttle I still spin.. I run holeshots with 500 kold kutters in each rear. After I get going I don't spin. The only thing I can think of is stud it up a little more and go down a theeth in the rear this help me a little . try that .
Yes ur right I not sure if u want to run SAe 90 tho . but talk to some other guys . Pretty sure firehead or some of them guys can help u more on this then me
I run BELRAY gear saver SAE 75w, 80w or 85w I have been running it in my shee for 4 years now .
Most ATV and snowmobile dealers sell it . I know all my Yamaha dealers I been at have had BELRAY line of oils .
Shit that sucks i have done that on my old lt250s i put the chian back on with part on the old master . I need to drive 25k's out of the woods i had it to the road and the chain came off . but nothing wrong with the cases
I'm with NOS on this one dont run struts. If you want to get into it alittle you can get some cheap ex300 front shocks and run them and make a rear lowering link or buy a r1 rear shock.
