I plan to be there Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. What kind of crowd should I expect for that weekend?
  2. All the mods are in my sig. I am currently running 310 main jets and I am at about 1000 ft elevation. We are planning a trip to Utah next month and that is about 5000 ft elevation. how far and in what direction will I have to change the jets.
  3. Forgot to add change front sprocket to 13 tooth change impeller to proflo billet impeller
  4. Stocker engine (once you start messing with the inside you just have a headache)(Trail port or dune port) Stocker Carbs (TORS removed) Toomey T5 Pipes Cool head (Noss of Fast w/ 20 CC Domes) Vforce 3 Reeds Hella 500 Lights (I like both driving lights but some like 1 flood and 1 driving) PIAA Extreme white bulbs H3 (35 watt unless you have a larger stator) Dirt digger Clutch +2+1 A arms with Elka dune edition shocks +2 to +4 swing arm with Elka dune edition shock +2 to +4 rear axle Skat Track Mohawks on front (22") Skat Track Haulers Extreme 20-10-10 10 paddle Larger Rad (additional cooling for dead man drops) Air Box removed K&N Pods
  5. Klotz 40:1 Honda 90W 1/2 quart premix to 5 gal gas
  6. I use the PIAA 4150K H3 Xtreme White Bulbs in mine. Also you have to wire them to the high beam wires on the bike. Also if you use the existing wiring connectors it makes it very easy to disconnect them if you should need to remove them.
  7. I got to get a new clutch from Jeff for the one I burned up last weekend there but count me in.
  8. you just sandwhich the new hella bracket and a couple of washers in the existing light bracket. Later this winter when I tear my bike down for paint I'm going to remove the stock brackets and make my own.
  9. I run 2 HELLA 500 lights on mine. Just buy the lights on ebay then get the brightest 35w bulbs you can get your hands on.
  10. Are you talking about meating at the drag strip entrance or the hill just to the south of the south camp entrance. I would think that would make a great pic sitting on top of the hill right south of where everyone drags.
  11. You got to go out at least 1 night to watch the rails tear up a dune. It is awsome watching those things run arround on only the back wheels. There are several out there that must have several thousand $ tied up just in lights. I'm coming down Thurs night (3/29) w/ daughter and Brothers and there kids. My daughter will get to try out her new LT-Z250 for the first time. I can't hardly wait.
  12. Klots Super Techniplate Love the Smell
  13. I am getting ready to put on a set of toomey T5s and looking to correct my jetting. I am currently at 1500 Ft but in April I am going on a trip where the elevation will be 5000 Ft. Just need to know what jetting to use here and on the trip.
  14. E-mails have been sent. If you didn't get it and you requested it let me know.
  15. Yes I will send a copy of the templates to all who have sent me a message. I have been working a lot of extra hours this week so I havn't had time to dig them out. I will look for them tomorrow and scan them in. After I do that I will send out the e-mails. I will NOT be taking payment for this. The e-mail will include the templates, general instructions and the specific instructions. This is a Racelogic stage II Fast Trail port template. I did the cylinders in about 10 hours. I have not done the transfers yet and not had the head milled yet. The hardest part of the job was cutting thru the cylinder wall. The soft aluminum of the casting is quite easy to cut thru. Just take your time and it will turn out great. I could definately feel a difference in the throttle responce and the powerband. (I use the green powerbands)
  16. No payment is necessary. I will scan them and send them to you. You have to make sure you print them @ 100% and on some kind of stiff card stock or something. Sent you a message.
  17. I just did my cylinders with the Racelogic templates and they came out great. Just follow the directions. It took me about 10 hrs to do both cylinders. I have not had the head shaved or done the transfers yet. The directions tell you what to do there as well. I didn't find any part of the process difficult. I think I probably rosted my Dremmel a little to much but the results were worth it. I compaired my cylinders to my brother-in-law's and mine looked better. My cylinders were also cymectrical and identical where his were not. I will post pics of the cylinders later when I tear down the engine to do the transfers.
  18. I was curious if anyone else has tried this and what their opinion was. You can get a 10'-0" box of RC-50 from Tractor Supply for $16.00.
  19. Well I have had multiple problems with the jetting. I think I put the carb bowls on wrong (havn't had time to tear it apart and check). It dosn't want to start, backfires wile I'm riding and has been a royal pain to get jeted. Ran rich with 250 just and lean with 240s. Right now it has 240s with the screws out 3 turns. I have been watching for a set of T5s just havn't hade the money.
  20. Cool Pipes are next on the list I have been trying to get a set of used T5s on Fleebay but have been thus far unwilling to bay just under the price I can get them for from RMatv. On a side note it was rather fun to get into the motor and do the port job myself. With the RaceLogic templates it was really quite easy.
  21. porting was free other than my time pipes are $400.00
  22. I just recently ported my cylinders (Race Logic). I have K&N pods and stock exhaust. After reading other threads on here I went with 240 main jets. The bike seamed to be a little lean so I went to 250 jets and it seamed fat and sluggish. any help would be great. Bike is mostly stock. TORS disconnected. Stock Exhaust. K&N Pods Race Logic Fast trail port
