I would but chrome shops around the Detroit area are usually swamped. I had old Odyssey bmx wheels chromed there a few months ago and it took about 3 weeks to have them back. That was my fasted estimated turnaround as well.

Why not just have your set stripped and re chromed, I don't know the condition of yours but I'm sure that's less headache and cheeper.

Laser star also makes a 8" or 10" and it will mount right between the front nose of the plastic and bumper. Think it's like 175 bucks

No pin stripes, was thinking of going golddish ghost flames or even some patterns on it, this is my progress so far. Still waiting on port work to be done.

Frame looks good and I think u have enough gold with frame, swinger and arms in gold. I'd either add some black to it or chrome. (Black be my 1st choice) I'd do the plastics white with black design no flames amd then what ever design u do have them add the gold pin around the design to bring it all together. Just my .02 keep us posted and Throw pics up.
