  1. He came in to the official weigh-in the day before eating a cheeseburgher and drinking a milkshake..
  2. I had purchased a set of Realtors for my Banshee from Nebraska Tire, size 22x12-10. I didn't mount them yet, really havn't even looked at them since I took delivery 2 months ago. But apparently the stock wheels on the Banshee are 9" in diameter(?). I've had realtors before on my old '00 Banshee and could've sworn I had them on the stock rims. Question is.. 1) Did the 22" Realtors change in diameter since then (back in 2000)? 2) Did the Banshee rim size change since then? 3) Do the Realtors fit right on the stock rims? 4) Maybe I had aftermarket 9" rims?
  3. Can't say I was suprised with the outcome of "The Final Chapter".... Although it was still pretty disappointing. The other fights leading up to the "main event" were much better!
  4. Here's my '05 Power Wagon I like it.
  5. wtf can't I attach an image?
  6. Try www.JetsRus.com for your Jets. I've ordered all my genuine Mikuni jets from them, no problems. And yes, their pilot jets are the correct version for the Banshee.
  7. I'm looking for rear (or pkg deal front and rear) black OEM Banshee wheels from an '06 ONLY banshee. Wheels must be new or like new take-off's from an '06 black LE. No dings, nicks or dents. Send PM or respond to thread. Thanks!
  8. Not sure if it'll help or not, but if you goto www.archive.org you can see a snapshot of most any site.. This one goes back to 2005... maybe it can be a starting point?
  9. Weird. Not doubting you but that brings up another question - why does the reservoir have "Full" and "Low" markings on? Technically speaking - it could be totally emtpy and the radiator could be totally full - so by reading the tank, it shoudl be low??
  10. I would say if you're washing it with the air box lid off, that is your problem. Always put the lid on when you wash it.
  11. Question about the coolant tank under the seat. Yamaha states it is a "over flow tank". If that is the case, why does the coolant spew out of a overflow hose up under the radiator and not fill the tank??
  12. Thx for the reply - I've had realtors before and know how they grip - I live and ride in Northeast PA (all coal region, coal banks, mine pits, etc.) so the realtor is the Banshee tire of choice for climbing. Also like you said, clearance is a HUGE issue for me b/c of all the rocky power line and mtn. trails here. I was just curious as to the price difference, which I guess is attributed to the fact that they're blems, which makes no difference to me. Just ordered me a set!
  13. Wow. Realtors for $40/ea AND free shipping? I can't help but jump on that deal. My only question is, what is the catch? They're $85/ea at Dennis Kirk. The only difference I can find is Kirk states 4ply and that link states 6 ply? Any opinions on the price difference before I go ahead with the purchase? Edit: I now see they are cosmetically blemished - I guess that's a good reason for a huge price difference. Oh well, doesn't matter to me, as long as they work!
  14. So true!
  15. If I remember correctly, that springy thing is on the upper hose, my bottom hose is the one touching. Or are you saying swap hoses? I appreciate all the feedback by the way..
  16. Im not sure.. I was pretty careful chopping them, and even before the chop i didn't have a ring like that. I too was wondering why mine were not as defined like others.... oh well. On another note, the right side pipe is actually touching my radiator hose, so that may be contributing to more coolant overflowing... gotta try and move it or get some kind of heatshield there.
  17. Checked radiator, it was full. Plugs look good. Moved needle clips up one notch toward blunt end, seems to have gotten the bottom end of each gear a little more snappy. I still have stock pilots, do you think I need to up those any?
  18. I'll give it a looksie... that would suck if its a bad water pump, the thing is brand new! Just got it in June!
  19. Hey Guys, Took 'er for a good 25 minute romp today and when I parked 'er, she was pukin' antifreeze out the tube. Should I be concerned? I didn't look at the plugs yet, letting it cool for a little. On a side note, it was puking from day one since I bought it new a few months back... but this time a little bit more then normal.
  20. What are your tires in that photo? I'm looking for a good set for dirt climbing without going the realtors route.
  21. Hey Guys - FYI - I found a great place that has Mikuni jets for our rides, check out www.jetsrus.com. And yes, the pilots they carry are also the correct version for the Banshee.
  22. Hi All, Looking for the best/cheapest place to purchase OEM plastic for my '06 Banshee special edition all black. Just looking for the rear fender (no hardware) and stickers; both only for a spare. Thanks!
  23. Thanks. Ya Im probably going to get a prodesign proflow adapter and a better air filter shortly. Im guessing that would require one size up with the jet ? Or do you think I'll be good the 280s?
  24. Thanks guys! I'm noticing a slight bog on the bottom end of the throttle at the beginning of each gear (ie maybe pilots and/or needle position?). I sorta expected that though because I did not touch the pilots or the clips yet. Gonna try popping the clips one notch. I still have stock pilots. Think thats good? New Mods again are: FMF SST pipes/silencers Snorkel removed (lid stays on due to riding conditions) Stock air filter 280 mains Stock pilots Stock clip position 1500' elevations Avg 60-80F riding temps
