  1. Here's the the main tools for the job. A light disc sander on the cordless drill, also used a brush disc for some heavy parts. High Temp Primer & Hight Temp Header Ceramic Coating. You're not to coat heavily, you're only to coat to give color or else it will bubble. Once dry to the touch you're to Idle for 10 min & cool, then 15 min & cool, then full throttle to bake it in. Instructions say outdoor temp is to be above 20 degrees. I brought it down to the sheet metal. At Primer stage. Finished product.

  8. Because it's a slice like that.. just buy a new one but still see your local tire shop & have them patch it thru the inside & keep as a spare :thumbsup:
  9. All I know is I'm going for that weekend but don't know where we're camping.. Still getting our group together but should try to meet if possible. Maybe even ride over by the East Coast group.. That's insane with the amount of bikes & trailers they get together!

  11. Dunereview.com has a walkthru for something they did. ESR makes one, you cut the rad hose to the water pump & install inbetween.
  12. It looks very good, clean & smooth! I like that alot & want one for me. Who makes it? How did you apply the cover, staples/screws?
  13. Don't sit thru the whoops or you might get bucked off! Just kinda hover over the seat, kinda in between sitting & standing. :thumbsup: Don't stop in a position where you'll get stuck. Turn it around if you feel you're not going to make the climb. Bring along a small set of tools etc... Everyone in your group should pack some tools & make sure each packs different ones :thumbsup:

  21. I removed my TORS & replaced the throttle stuff only, I kept my Thumb throttle, Twist is a preferance. Don't need to buy the whole kit, just the screw here http://www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/partno/01-0026/ :thumbsup:
  22. I really don't know.. Has to do with emmissions?? Think the 02' Banshee was the last Green Sticker.. We have some of the dumbest laws here.. We don't have the brightest governer either LOL!!

  25. It's a damn Cali law that sucks. This is the sticker. Green Sticker: Ride all year long. Red: Only allowed during riding season.
