  1. looks pretty good man. so did you add the banshee to the pic or did you just draw in the lighting bolts. if you added the banshee, how did you do it?

Neither, i took two pictures, my original sig with the regular sky, and some lightining picture i googled. I traced from the tree line down and copied the "cut out" and i had another paint open with the lightining pic stretched out to fit the sig. Placed the sig where i wanted and trimed the excess to make the picture square again. I did a little outline on some trees because it looked kinda pixelated. Then i saved it and edited the colors, brightness, contrast ect. in the pictures folder (windows vista with photo edit options) and then the finished product :geek: lol

  2. one or the other or both. And also if i cant find a star can you give me spec's and measurements maybe a diagram, why? because i have a machine shop at my disposal and i could get mine modded. I can weld also if i goof up  lol

  3. no they will not. They will slip on but the snout of the hub is too long and the rear of the hub rubs.

I got them to work but i dont really recomend it since it may indanger you and your quad but i trust myself lol.

I bought some regular width nuts and notched them to fit the cotter pin in but i can't use the washers, thats how tight it is...

I used my pea motor with a cutting wheel to notch the nut. It works fine.

  4. I would spend money on a 4mill crank before I would buy a lockup and override.

Yeah i was thinkin about it more and i will just do the top end im not gonna split the case, just do a modded shift star.

get a duneable override not a reg override.

    35 pwk's

    4mil crank would help

The WCR 1-4+5&6 is duneable and i just bought these OKO's. I wish i had the money. Im willing to spend up to 800 at the most.

PPS: I got the 30mm's on the stocker now with 158 jets and ran it without filters... big diff in power delivery. But its still on the rich side.

Gettin on the phone with HJR today for spacers and filters. Might go ahead and buy the whole deal idk yet.

  5. hey I boguth a swingarm from havoc performance +10 and im stumped.. I got the old swing arm off and the rear carrier has some parts welded on it and im just clueless.. does this mean I need a new rear axle just to use this swinger?

Also where can I purchase the bolts to go in the rear of it as seen in the pic to tighten the swinger onto the carrier.

    roar so frustrated lol.

    Need a roundhouse carrier...

  6. I was just wondering if welding the rod ball is very common for a 60-70 hp Banshee. Or is this more of a problem for higher horse power Banshees. I have never seen this happen before. I am going to Little Sahara on spring break and running 10 paddle haulers with a 13 tooth front sprocket. Was just wondering if I really need to change to a pancake bearing for a preventitave repair?

It can happen to anyone, I just heard it happens when your coasting to a stop with the clutch pulled in. This is were high HP bikes come in or any bike with an override since they make it a habit to pull the clutch in to keep from back loading. If your worried its cheap insureance or you can just get the ceramic ball but idk who sells them anymore...

  7. DAMN!!!!somebody needs a valium

    I know right?

    He said dork

Tried to keep it PC

I think your on to something there "TURBO" now run with it and put it on Egay.

    Make sense much?

I don't think it's a bad idea.Like the man said,it's just a thought.I wonder how it would all look together when bolted on...

Thanks, JD said he was open for ideas... good to get some feedback about the "TOPIC" then just posting nonsense.

  8. I was wondering if it would be hard to make a grill kit. I will try to explain a lil here, The front nose piece vents and tank side vents with a matching grill or any custom design.. numbers ext.... I was looking at it and been thinking of a way to mount them but any bolt is kinda distant from the vents. The front nose piece could maybe mount to the two bolts on the nose and the tank vent either bolted from the ones under the bars or the gas tank bolts...
