    i bought the cub used from smkmupbanshee he did not know the thickness just said it was a vitos. can i use the regular 1 piece vitos that come in different thickness on a 68 mil because i noticed they sell a kit for the cub with a vitos 4 mil crank.i really dont need the whole kit , just the base gasket.

    I almost went to the spillway today but changed my mind . Did not know it was closed.I think its worth the trip to go to the dunes, if you like riding in sand and you have paddle tires. where in la do you live ?

    I have a 1970 olds 442 . Its a 10 second street / strip car. I have the eaton posi in it and love it. Check out randys ring and pinion they have some pretty good prices.

    I have the same ones, got them from cascade. If they are vibrating just bend them up a little with your hand to put a little tension on the fenders

    I was wondering if anyone knows if the ricky stator coils are any good? I read a lot of bad things about there stators but nothing about the coils. I see them on ebay for 53 bucks with the boots included.

    I was there haloween weekend , thats me on the red & white 96. I also went thanksgiving weekend. The signs say no night riding but a bunch of people still do. I asked one of the guy's that works there and he said it was ok. We road till 3am friday , had a blast. Do you have any more pics from that sunday?

    The swing arm & carrier on an 87 were different from my 96. carrier was thiner looking and has 4 short bolts instead of 2 long ones to mount to the swingarm.

    Yea , they are racing this saturday. I heard they start racing around 3pm

    There's a 300ft sand drag at state capital raceway. I think they race every other saturday.

    I was reading on planet sand about la dunes trying to make a come back. They are going to smooth out the sand for halloween weakend. I was out there early august and it was so rough it sucked azz. A bunch of people are going from planet sand and i was wondering if anyone from hq was going to be there.

    Thanks for the help, my plugs look a good bit richer than yours . I was only able to go to 4th will that make a big difference?

    I just did a plug chop and was looking at the plug chop link, it says you should have a 2 mm smoke ring but the length of the porcelin is only 1mm. In the pictures it showes a very thin brown ring how do they figure it's 2mm?
