Seems like everytime I turn around I hear about crap like this. Some simple rules could put an end to some of these things. Sellers, if you sell something, hold the money until after the buyer approves it. That way, if they don't approve you can send it back and not have to get on here and use the I don't have the money excuse. I just went trough an ordeal on ebay buying a motor. I'm getting my money back because I filed through paypal, ebay, and my credit card company. I also filed a complaint through www.ic3.gov. It's an internet fraud complaint center that is a partnership with the FBI. Maybe, If the FBI gets involved you'll get your money back. Good luck.

Anything sold on the internet that is not as described is considered internet fraud. The is a government website that you can file a claim on. www.ic3.gov. Get on the website fill out the info and the FBI cyber crimes division is notified. Could also be considered mail fraud if it fits the right profile. Look it up. If you press the issue they will file the claim with the local authorities. Could mean jail time for the offender.

From what I read, he asked if it was moisture on the pistons or pitting. The guy said moisture. Regardless of what anyone else thinks, he lied. Sheefreak knew he wasn't getting new parts, but he was told that they were usable and NOT pitted. That should be the end of the story. Give him a refund minus shipping and call it a day. This is the exact reason that I don't like to buy or sell online. I hope each one of you remember this whole deal next time you go to buy or sell anything, then maybe you'll understand sheefreaks frustration. If you read the post on the other site he asked you if the pistons were pitted or if it was just moisture. He wasn't asking if moisture caused the pitting. He asked if they were pitted. He was asking about the picture. He also stated that he knew that the cylinder needed the be re-done. But you stated that the rest was in perfect running condition. He specifically asked you if they were pitted, you said no. I think the reason he said no to the 100 and new piston is because he figures you'll sand him another crappy piston.

We are racing in Grandlake,La sun sept 3rd. We have a 1000 ft dirt drag strip, timing system 60ft times,mph, and elapsed time. The track is set up for paddles. The track is located about 15 minutes south of Lake Charles,La. Entrance is 5 dollars per bike per person. All riders must have helmets. Anyone interested?

The best setup that I have seen is a curtis sparks big core exaust, curtis sparks air filter adapter plate(if you run a foam filter)and a curtis sparks foam filter. I did the cam mod on mine and noticed a big difference.This will do pretty good if tou like to trail ride and minor drag racing. If you want to drag race without spending a ton get you a +6 swing arm, toss the stock carb in exchange for a 41mm lectron carb to run alky.With this setup I was outrunning stock bore 13 to 1 comp hondas with port work and swingarms. I now have a ported head stock piston on a drag frame and it runs with a big bore, stroked ,and ported head honda with a cam. If you change the cam go with the ron woods for the most difference. For port work I got jeremy from finishline racing to work it up for me. Hope that helps. We did try the ron woods pipe and it wasn't bad but we liked the sparks pipe better.
