Whats up everybody. I have been tossing around the idea of maybe selling my 88 250R for possibly a YFZ 450. I dont know if theres much interest on here for 250R's but I thought I might see what happens with this post. The plastics are the worst part of my four wheeler, I bought it the way it is, I have wanted to put new plastics on it just havent gotten around to doing it. The right side of the four wheeler next to the tank has a crack in it, well the plastics just arent to great to be completely honest. Its a 330 CT motor, and it has the frame powder coated white. I am located in Southwest Kansas for anybody who might be interested. As far as price I have no idea, thats kinda why Im toying around with this. Good Luck with the sale man Im in the same place trying to sell a bike. The R1 forum is full of garbage, them people are just wanting a free handout basically just thought Id tell you that in case you put it on there.

Ive got an ESR Trx11 inframe drag pipe that I would be willing to sell. Its not the cleanest in the world but its used, I dont know if you are interested but give me a shout if you are. The only thing I would say you would have to buy extra is some mounting springs from ESR and they are 2.50 each I believe. Its not the center mount silencer either so you wouldnt have to take off your air box. I have a banshee and a 250R as well, once you get use to one its hard riding the other lol two totally different four wheelers. But good luck fixing it up.

Hey Sam I will keep that in mind, right now I have a 1992 Banshee that I have totally restored and I have an 88 250R that Im in the process of making nicer, I am not sure of having another four wheeler lol. You might send me some pics of your banshee though and tell me maybe what you are thinking and maybe we can talk. Thanks for the post.

No but thanks Nick, I have posted on the R1 forum I have been a part of both these forums for a long time I just couldnt remember my name on the banshee one go figure. All the people on the R1 forum seem to be in California all the time so Im not having any luck at all, and Im really leary to mess with ebay. I hear ya man I have seen junk sell for 5,000 dollars so I dont see how I could go much cheaper I honestly dont, and they are expecting 3 dollar gas this summer lol so maybe Im stupid for looking into selling it. Nick maybe you could tell some friends of yours??? A pick up is alot more practical for me, I mean the riding I do is on my four wheelers anymore me and my brother in law go to Beaver alot. I have a 454SS pick up but driving it around is not something I do a whole lot, trying to keep the miles off of it. Well thanks for the tip anyway I will get it posted on there as soon as I can.

I was gonna say I have it priced right at what it books for, and mine has EXTREMELY low miles. I have watched them on ebay as well and have seen every one of them go for over 5 thousand with at least 10 thousand miles on every single one of them, on a crotch rocket that is a lot of miles, and usually hard miles. My bike has never been wheelied, its always been shedded never spent a night outside. Im not trying to sound rude, but theres just no way I could let mine go for what some people let theirs go for.

I hope its ok to post this on the banshee site, but I have decided to try and sell my R1. I love the bike I just dont have any time to ride it anymore and I dont have anybody to ride with anymore either. The bike only has 1454 actual miles on it, not 14,000 its not a typo. I have a two bros slip on titanium pipe on it and a embroidered YZF tank bra that will go with it. I have also considered trading for a 96-98 Z71 pick up. The bike books at 6500 and I really dont think I can go any lower than that with the pipe and the low mileage on it.
