  1. I think i have been in this shop before. I used to live in Modesto and have a friend that lives in Rocklin. $450 is pretty cheap. Have to give em a call.
  2. With that dune port you wont have any problems. Where did you get it done and how much $?
  3. I will be there the weekend of July 29th.
  4. My sons banshee is running a 13t front and it does hit a lot faster, but it seems like you loose some speed with the gearing difference. Maybe its just the difference in our mods. Went to 270 mains and can already tell its running better. I'm getting ready to get a Noss head with 19cc domes. Im Going back to ST. Anthony in August and will find out if the changes will get me up choke. Anybody else going anytime soon? That place kicks ass.
  5. I think there may be an issue with the jetting. I bought the shee this summer and the guy I bought it from had put 320 mains in it. Does this sound right for 3800ft? I get about 1/4 of the way up and have to shift to 2nd. Get about 3/4 up and have to turn around. When I was there conditions were kind of rough. No wind so the sand was rough as hell, and was impossible to get a run at it.
  6. Warrior, do you have tcs's contact info? What's it going to cost to rebuild them? I was looking at either these or some YFZ shocks. Which shocks are better?
  7. Just picked up these Ohlin shocks on e-bay for $200. They look a few years old but have to be an upgrade from the stocks I have now. Has anyone had any experience with these and did I make the right choice for the price?
  8. I have been to St. Anthony twice now and have not been able to get up Choke Cherry. I only have the shee piped (FMF Fatty's) and K&N with no lid. What do I need to do next to produce more power to get up the big dunes?
  9. You would have my $
  10. I will be man enough to admit it. Along with my mildly modified 99 Shee, I own the 700 Raptor. The pro's and cons? Modified Banshee is slightly quicker than the stock Raptor but can not compete with top speed. The Raptor also climbs better. Will get them both out to the dunes in a month or two and see who does better there. I expect the Shee to handle the sand better.
  11. Thanks Rip, your right there is nobody in sight to challenge Franklin. He is the class of the division. Like he said in the post fight though somebody will come onto the seen within the next year and give him a test. In the UFC it looks like they are giving decisions to the more aggressive fighter. Penn did come out smoking in the first but GSP was forcing the action the rest of the fight. Beleive it or not watching from ring side I had the fight a split going to GSP. As far as GSP vs. Hughes I did see Hughes struggle with Trigg at times (even though he got kicked in the balls), and he did lose to Penn not to long ago. Your right Hughes is pound for pound the strongest fighter in the UFC, but GSP I believe is the best athlete. He is very well rounded, conditioned, and is very hungry for the belt. It will be a great fight to watch. I believe learned a lot from the Penn fight and should be more confident the second time around with Hughes. Bigun I agreed with everything you said. What got you out of fighting?
  12. I was on the floor at UFC 58 It was awesome. Franklin was perfect. GSP did outlast Penn even though Penn cut GSP in the first round he didn't keep it going. One of the best fights of the year. Can't wait to see GSP fight Hughes again. Probably going to happen this summer assuming Hughes beats Gracie.
