i am gonna keep my dynojet needles on 3rd from blunt end and going with 27.5 on the pilots.
I have a set of 340's but I might get a few different other sizes to be safe. Just wanted a starting point with a K&N filter w/ proflow and no lid.

RB Racing is doing the porting.
I just want to know how many sizes different they had to change on the mains, pilots, and did you have to adjust the needle? I know I will have to do a plug chop. But around how much did everyone else's jetting change when they received their Dune Port or somethin similar?

Is there any difference between RB's dune port and a dune port done by Jeff @ FAST racing? I noticed RB charges $250 and FAST racing charges $350. I have read nothing but great work from both.
I don't know if there is a difference, but no one can port the same unless they have the cylinders to copy the porting. My cylinders are at RB Racing as we speak getting ported & a .20 bore. I can't wait
What compression are you running with those 20cc Domes, HotRodBanshee? I am thinking about dropping down to them but afraid I won't be able to run them on 93 pump gas and a stock crank.

Only thing you will need is a +2 brakeline and a longer chain. Check with Jeff from FastRacing. He has killer deal on both those items. If you want a pic, just shoot me your e-mail addy.

Well i just got back from riding the dunes today. I have a stock 2006 banshee (of course). It seems to bog after i have it reved up for a bit, like if im climbing a long hill, itll just bog regardless of the gear. Its only the third time ive ridin it, and it did it last time. it was in july so i thought maybe it was just getting too hot or something. had a few suggestions to check the carb bowls, but its new, they should be adjusted fine id think.
I am thinking maybe the dealership didnt jet it correctly, i got a baggy with a few different size jets in it along with my owners manual and spare keys. Does anyone think it could be the jetting, or is there something else it could be. It sux, cuz just as im whoopin on some 4 pokers, it bogs and i have to spin around.

What are your mods, jetting, temp, elevation? Size tires? Also, take a look at your plugs and check to see if they are getting the right colour and not black.

I will be getting an Aggressive Dune Port on my standard bore cylinders with some Wiseco Pro-Lites. My mods and jetting before the porting is in my sig. I am running a tad rich on the main. Should I change anything or just wait and do a plug chop?
My stock pistons were a lil black on top, covering the middle to about 1/2" to the edge all the way around the pistons.

I have an 06 Stock Head with around 20 hrs of riding on it. Nothing wrong with it will take any offers if needed
I also have a set of stock carbs of my 06 shee and can be jetted to any size you need for best offer...
will take money, modquad exhaust collars, or aftermarket front exhaust clamps

I have an Alpine CDA-9855 that play wma/wav/mp3 formats. Great condition w/ remote. It has a wire harness & antenna adapter for a newer Dodge vehicle. I have a DVD unit w/ a screen that came stock in my SUV. I will sell it for $200.

If you don't mind me asking. What is the difference between CPW and PWK? I don't understand the abbreviations or term.

I will be soon receiving my cylinders back after getting them Dune Ported and new Wiseco Pistons. I was wondering if this carb in dual setup would be good for me or does anyone have a recommendation? I am looking for 28mm or 30mm but don't know which to go with and what style. Mikuni or Keihen? PWK, Flat-Slide, Round, etc?

I have tried the EHS lid and I am not using that. I am developing something else. I just need the material to create a new design. I know about the dirt issue of it cloggin the holes. I just need the company who makes it or the retail service. Anyone?

Anyone know where i can buy this stuff in a large size? Maybe a sheet and cut it to the sizes I need? I am trying to setup something for wet conditions for extra protection.

I have the setup that was used a short period. I took it off since I only ride in dry conditions. If anyone wants it, send me a PM. It is a billet ring with a blue outerwear that. Pretty neat if you need a little more air with a lid.

I am getting ready to install the following:
Pro Design Billet Impellar
Pro Design Billet EZ Drain Water Pump Cover(w/ new bolts & gasket)
Total: $111.90
Will I need the gasket for the Crankcase/Clutch cover? Also will I need the water pump bearing and seal? My bike is only a year old from brand new. I don't want to spend the money if I don't need to, because it is $40 for these extra parts. If I need these to be on the safe side let me know.

I just tried installing a new G-force axle from RM-ATV. I followed the shee instructions/picture and it still doesn't measure the same length on each side of the axle from the middle of the swingarm carrier. They are almost 3/8" off from the center. What pieces did you guys use out of the kit? I received axle, (3) c-clips, (2) spacers: 1 small(diameter), 1 large(diameter), 3 piece axle nut (allen bolt, outer axle nut, inner axle nut), 4 hub/wheel spacers, 2 thick ones and 2 thin ones.
Now which of these pieces do I use and when I followed another link in here it was short on the right side(from the rear of the atv). Do I put a spacer on the right side to make the tire/wheel stick out futher?

Alright, I was on the rich side a bit with the 320 mains with my mods listed below and I was a bit on the rich side to be safe. My piston tops were a lil black and I think that is when I was runnin 2 jets to lean. I will grab 330's and 340's.
