I have a 2006 Banshee and need the airbox setup with no holes drilled in it or cracks/damage please. If you have pictures that would be great also. Shoot me a PM or e-mail at kking_@hotmail.com.

I will do $150 shipped? Anyone?
-
Please send a PM guys. I work all week long and go to college so I have little time to browse the site like I would like too. I am asking $175 shipped anywhere. It is brand new with everything you need to install and powder coated bright metallic silver, skidplate mounting brackets, awesome welds, and bearing installed. Just replace this one with your old one and a longer chain and rear brake line. It is just sitting in my closet collecting dust!

I don't understand. This is brand new and never installed on any bike. It comes with bearings and great weld's. A nice powdercoated silver.

I don't have a pic yet.
It is in great condition with normal plastic scuff marks for trail riding. I have a K&N filter w/ outerwear, lid removed, baffle removed, rejetted & a NCVQ needle. Pics to come shortly

Just received my honed & Aggressive Dune Ported cylinders from RB Racing. Made my current setup that much better.
Got any pics of Herr Juggs Dune Ported Cylinders?
-
I just received my cylinders back from RB Racing and I was very pleased. It was a choice for FAST, Herr Jugs, & RB Racing. FAST was behind, so I went with RB Racing because of the customer service, satisfied HQ members & price. I had the cylinders honed for my STD Wiseco Pro Lites & Aggress Dune Port. I almost have the same setup except the bore and I tried 360 & 350 but the plugs were real wet. I am at 340 mains now & going ride a bit tomorrow. So I would start high and work your way down from a 360 or 350.

kinda looks like my bike right now. Good luck with the rebuild! I can't wait til I get mine back & put together.

I wanted to let you know, I did not recieve the jets.
I did recieve 3/4 of an open ended paper envelope sealed in a post office"sorry about you letter" bag. The post office bag is still sealed as I received it.
I really needed those 320 jets.
I do apologize about the problem with the post office. I sealed the envelope perfect and the jets were in a small ziplock bag, labeled 320 mikuni jets.

I still have +2 Swinger never used............
bump!
-
they did ask all of that.
I told her that I ride sand dunes, trails, grave rodes, hills. I am an intermediate level rider and that I weight 215 lbs with all gear on, but only about 195 lbs with all gear on. I want to know if adding the extra 20 lbs was ok?
-
I just ordered a stiffer spring today and Erica was great to deal with and sounded hot too. Anyways, she asked me a bunch of questions but I added about 25 lbs to my wait so I would get a stiffer spring. Is that alright? I way 185lbs and asked for a spring rate to support 215 lbs with all gear. I just don't want to get to stiff of a spring to bounce my ass off my bike after a jump. She also, said the spring would be red or blue(I hope not on my black/red bike). Well, any info would help if I should tell them to drop the weight.
Thanks

Can anyone tell me the size of the needle and seat on a stock set of carbs on a 97 banshee. I want to order them but tucker rocky says there are three different sizes available. thanks for the help
Never heard of a different size needle and seat for a Shee. I just purchase a $18 Moose Racing stock 26mm carb rebuild kit. It says on the package 87-06 YZF350 Banshee. Are we both thinking about the same part or something completely different? This is the part the controls opening and closing of fuel into the carb bowl. Your floats adjust with the needle & seat open. Check Ebay, RMATV.com, etc

I have these parts for sale and in great condition that were pulled off in about 15-20 hours of riding.
06 Head (no milling done)---------$20 shipped
06 Stock Carbs w/o TORS--------$30 shipped
Cosmetic (2) Cylinder Base Gaskets -----$8 shipped

BUMP! I still have a few pairs of jets that are listed above for sale. I take Paypal & cash in the mail.
-
I would think 340's would be a little lean, try the 360 first. i would hate to hear that something happened from running lean.
I will take your word for it. I will pick up a set of 350's & 360's. I will have jets from 310 - 360.
I have leaner mains for sale in the For Sale Forum!

I looked at Herr Jugs Racing, Port Magic Racing, F.A.S.T. Racing(back logged ) and RB Racing. I read a lot of information from the consumers and asked a few questions from each of the sellers. I went with RB Racing because the customer satisfaction, great price, and a cool guy! I can't wait till I get my jugs back!

hey everyone i have a bunch or parts coming and i can't wait to get them all installed. But i am not sure how to jet with all this stuff. Here is a list of all the parts i am putting on!!!!
Right now the bike is 100% stock: w/ tors eliminator kit
K&N pro flow intake no lid w/ outerwears
toomey T5 pipe set w/ silencers
ricky stator adj timing plate
carbon fiber replacement stock reeds
dynojet jet kit
anyone have a clue were i should start with jetting. I have no idea were to start! Thanks for any help, i cant wait to feel the power after these mods!!! hopefully the shee will be able to keep up with my raptor 700 now thanks
You are going in the right direction with those mods. Now just do the lightened flywheel, ebrake block off, & cool head(with 21cc or 20cc domes depending on your compression) or a milled head. Then you are pretty much set for a fast bike. I was staying in front of my 06 yfz450 (stock) in a grass field with those mods. But anyways, to answer your question you could be anywhere from a 280-310 mains depending on your elevation and temp. I have a lot of humidity in Missouri so mine was a bit on the rich side. I would leave the stock 25 pilots in and run them around 1-1.5 turns out. Now with your CF replacement reeds.... I run VF3's and my bike was runnin terrible between shifts in trails with the Dynojet/Toomey needle on 4th clip(from blunt end). So I put in on the 3rd and Shee rips!
Let me know what your temps are and I could get you close, but all bikes are different so plug chops are a must even though they suck wastin all them plugs.
Still looking for +2 swingarm

I have a +2 Swinger for sale. It is not a roundhouse style. It has never been installed or used. It is silver and comes with bearings installed already.
