with similar set up i ran 280 main never touched pilot ran clip 4th from top ran great air screw should be set at 1 and an eighth turns out .....make sure your not sucking air ....run it and check what plugs look like what mixture are you running ....dont be afraid to run 40:1 sounds to lean but bike runs awsome

from what i know the sand is wetter ther you cant so much feel it with your hands but if you dont plan on going to glamis then get straights they will be totally fine ......they aint just for dragging .........v paddles are for looseer sand like glamis you can stickk to walls better and you can actually steer the machine by leaning with them ....but ive owned both and prefer straight s

shaving head is smart money choice .....21cc domes is very nice your compressin will jump up 20 to 40 pounds that is huge besides pipes icool heads are the next best up grade it makes a bigger difference than pipes but all banshees need em .....i dont have experience in timing plates but ive talked to walrat in chat room and he seems to no something about it ......shaving the head will jump compression up ttoo....where you could play with your compression is call cometic gasket company and get some copper gaskets made you can re use them and you can get them cut in different thiicknesses so you would be able to change them for different apps. .....cost about 10 bucks a piece........

ive seen the main shft that does the shiffting go bad the forks look good but it wont shift this is caused by power shifting very fun but does alot of damage to yhis particular part pluse this part is only 39 bucks .....another thing you could look at is the cam that goes down into the motor ...your cable hooks to it and check to see the ball bearing is moving freely ....ive actually got clutch so hot i welded it to long rod that moves out clucth boss....what your looking at does not have to look bad to naked i to be bad .....spec it out
