what about site mods?

It is very possible... Definitely a sleeper build and not very cost effective.. but.. It can be done. I've seen one and it was fast as hell but, it had big money in it. I dont know how "fire road" friendly this type of build would be..

Standard banshee floats. Length is 14.75 It was setup to use stock length shocks. I was going to use chrome works dual rates with resi's but.. found these at a much better priice.

I'll get a OD tonite, The shaft is quite a bit bigger then the shaft on a shaw. I paid 250.00 for my floats used.. I've passed on more then a few sets for 350.00. here they are on my ziggy. I never weighed them vs my shaws.. The weight difference wasn't a big deal to me.

When I talked to Paul about it.. He cut what ever corner he could to make the chassis as small as possible. He talked to me a bit before he built the last 2 chassis and made updates to them. I'm not sure if you have one of the newer chassis's or not. I'm assuming you have Jay's. If it is.. They're close.. But you can see the difference when they get side by side. I remember him saying his was lighter, I'm not sure what he was using for components.

engine bay is much smaller. If I remember right, the up tubes are different as well. Mine also has to use a custom radiator where other ziggy chassis could use stock radiators. I went through and changed all the motor mounts.. It was a 2 person job to do a motor swap.

Your chassis is different then mine.. Similar though. Mine is a "compact" version.

Bike is 230# wet as it sits int he pic. Dbl arm full suspension. Silencers are actually solid billet and weigh about 5lbs each. I've made a few changes that shed some more weight but havn't taken it to get weighed since this pic. Changed the subframe, steering steem, steering hoop, engine mounts are now billet. Also changed the shocks.

I work for multiple centers.. but the one your talking about never made it to auction.. Don't what happend, Rumor has it they worked some type of deal with the city.Who knows, They don't tell me nothing. I just clean shoes.
