looks good man. also looks like you have some adjusting to do on the shocks to raise it up a little bit. yours definately sits lower then mine does. also, your tie rods look to be at a different angle as well. what spindles do you have on it? what are all the parts you used?
-
you could always go the cheap route and do like i did with YFZ a-arms. let me know how you like that G-force axle! i've been looking at getting one also i dont really have any info on your specific question tho... sorry

i got some extra $ coming in right now. i think i am finally going to send my pipes (chamber to silencer) off too him to get PC'd. i think i'm going to go with HT black and have the 'T5' lettering done in silver.
-
or sell it outright. i just got it new from RMATV! it was literally screwed onto the gas tank and screwed off of it. i did install the little breather tube and vent cap. so i cant put it all back in the package because i dont want too mess up the tube by pulling it back off the cap (its on there good).

need people to ride with
Mullet Man replied to 4everwantedbanshee's topic in Riding and Events Forum
i've never been there. i have heard of that place tho. i have family that live in Oregon. Carol Stream huh, when i come up to this area (N. IL) for work, i stay at my Grandparents house ,north end of Wheaton on Geneva rd, right by Wheaton North High School. we'll have too hookup some time when weather allows and go riding. -
no, i never did. i have some money coming in so i might do it soon. (i blew the PC money on some YFZ450 a-arms ) "LFTD4R" had his pipes PC'd by the same guy. (i think his were FMF's) there is a huge thread over @ www.yotatech.com forums with lots of pictures/info of all the stuff he has done. including pics of the banshee pipes.

yep, RMATV has the PJ1 paints in their catalog...

correct, this is what i will be using with the 350 mains... http://i16.tinypic.com/48n7dw9.jpg with 280's, 27.5's, no lid on an airbox, toomey filter, T5's, shee was running a little hot in ~65* weather you gotta remember the new temps and take that into account! with airbox, no lid, in this 20* and colder weather, you will probably want more fuel then 280's. 'dajogejr's' recomendation above was for 65-85 degree temps with full airbox and pipes.
-
i was just speaking with "dejogejr" about this (i'm in IL too) night time temps right now are down to single digits, in the negative with wind chill. day time temps are getting up to ~mid 20's he recommended a ~350 main, keeping my 27.5 pilot and needle in middle. and play around with the air screws a little bit. (but i use a pro flow adapter and foam filter with no airbox around it now) i was riding mid Nov. when the temp got up to 65 for a couple days, on the 'Toomey perfect jet kit', 280 main, 27.5 pilot. when i got back to the house, coolant was overflowing a little bit, was running lean, too hot. that was when i had the toomey filter and airbox with no lid. if you have been riding in this stuff lately on a 280 main, you might have hurt something internally...!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Mullet Man replied to Mullet Man's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
if you go thru the threads in here, i will bet that more then half of them, the 1st question (sometimes the 2nd) is "whats your location?". the majority are by people who have under 100 posts. i like too know where the part is coming from (for shipping price info). if i have an option of picking it up. and for peace of mind. it just makes sense if you are trying to sell something. sometimes you have too ask the seller more then once for their location. (when that happens, i shy away as it makes me feel like they are avoiding something, which i automatically relate to a probable bad deal) just putting the state you live in is very helpful. -
it gets really god damn old having to ask people for their locations all the time in here. it takes all of 15 seconds to put it in your profile so it shows up for all to see! it should be a rule, if you want to make a for sale thread that you MUST HAVE your location visible. :: :: :: ::

check a local dealer. i talked to mine today, $2.50 a piece

i would think that you would be fine by just draining the carb bowls then. i've seen people haul 6 quads on a car trailer like that before 2 wide 3 deep all standing up on the ass end
-
just drain all the fluids, it would take about 20min to do it.

lol, no i was joking. Ceasar Milan, the 'dog whisperer', is the truth. thats how you master dogs, have too dominate them but not brutally. its all a heirarchy(sp?), in K9 mentality. -

put him in the 'Boston Crab' and after his neck gets stretched out, power bomb him right on his head to put it back in place. that shit worked with my little brother. i tried the hot stuff, no luck... turns out he likes it  if that doesnt work, call the Dog Whisperer and be on TV for about 15min -
need people to ride with
Mullet Man replied to 4everwantedbanshee's topic in Riding and Events Forum
i've been there twice, loved it!! there is a place out by my parents house, about 20min east of Dekalb where my cousin and i go riding. it is just like badlands only smaller and illegal (abandon rock quarry) i think it is called CV rock pit. we ride there on the quads from his house about 3 miles. i was surprised the 1st time i went there. they need to make it a legal place to ride! its a very nice spot. -
i knew when i saw the price, this thread was gonna blow up quick lol if you still have it next week, i will meet you at the PA/OH boarder with cash in hand!
-
it better be fast with a 1000cc crotch rocket motor lol (if, that is in fact the same pile of shit) i am extremely surprised it didnt break in half on its way down the track. that frame is fucking mangled up all over!! i think a retarded 3 legged blind dog could do a better 'fab' job then that
