I am going to run it in to the shop in the morning I was hoping to get her fixed before that
thanks for the help sound like the stator might be the problem.
I would switch to a k&n set up and keep them well oiled with an outerwear on at all times and you should have no problems the foam have a tendency to hold moisture and get sucked into the carbs (been there done that)
If you need replacement parts for the chozen head go to www.chozenperformance.com and white lithium grease will hold the o rings in, just a little though, and you for sure do not want to run your stock gasket on you cool head.
I need some help I am stumped. I recently put an adjustable timimg plate on my 05. I went to crank it over and no spark ! I have back tracked checked all the wires I have power to the healdights cause they start to light up when I kick it over. took my coil off checked it on my other bike it is working tons of spark. Is it possibe the cdi went out The timimg is set at zero. My brother crushed one of the stator coils (stepped on it) but like I said it still turns the lights over I wouldn't think that would have anything to do with the bike not getting spark. I have a new stator coming. Any Ideas I am leaving for the dunes Friday need help asap
Thanks
