i have a little problem with the bike running a bit rich just off idle and some times fowls the the plugs this is what i have 35mm pj carbs bigbore sleeves 69.5mm pistons portted daul stage reeds portted reed cage plus4 timming pc pipes 19ccdomes prodesign head pilot jet is on the smallest 35 top slot on needles will idle air screw out heaps.will it help if i machine the throttle valve cut away some more cheers

try using mr musle oven cleaner

dont discount a faulty new plug

what octane is your fuel

yes its not to bad i had to modify the slides were the neddles go through to lean it off at idle and low speed its not too bad now all ready has fat needles in it thats why i am going bigger bore etc to get the potential out of the carbys but just wanted to see if there was a better exhaust out there than what i have p.s i have twin 35mm not single

the mods i have are in my sig plus the 69mm pistons which are coming

would the t5 be better than the pc pipes for more horse power bearing in mind i am putting in the 69mm pistons

most of the riding i do is top end riding more than bottom end riding and i thinking of puting in big bore sleeves and pistons as well

mid to top end i have pro-circuit but was woundering if t5s were better

what are the t6s like are they better

could any one suggest which is the best exhaust on the market for trail riding cheeers sorry missed out the p in pipes

sorry i fogot to mention it is portted i did run 320mains and 25 piolots with the standard carbs

its only rich at idle and if you cruze at low speeds soon as it hits power band it goes well and its not rich i have check the plugs after a straight line thrash it could proberly go up a size if i could drop the needle down one more slot if would fix it i beleve but it is already at the top slot and yes it is portted as well

hi i live in australia so not shore on altatude etc. but i have some 35 keihin carbs which i just fitted and its a little to rich at idle has 155mains 35 pilot and needles on the top slot mods to the bike are pro design head 20cc domes pro circuit pipes reed spacers 2 stage reeds plus 5 timming pro design inlet maifold bored to 370 any help would be excellent

could anyone tell me if the pro design inlet manifold is the same weather its for 28mm or 35mm carbs except for the intake boots
