whats up, my buddies new 06 banshee was at the top of a hill and rolled down into a tree. the bumper got all smashed up as a result. is there any reason to be worried that the frame might be bent? i told him that the bumper probably took all the impact and the frame will be fine. what do you guys think?

i was wondering the same thing and this is why? Im putting on a chasis skid plate. The skid plate has the curved edges and you know when i clean the bike, or when i go through a puddle the skid plate will act like a bowl between the curved edge on the skid plate and the rail from the frame. Im worried that the exposed chips on the frame will be more prone to rusting if water sits there for a while. thats why im trying to get all the little chips on my frame , were the skid plate lines up, covered. If its painted it should protect the bare metal from rusting. right?

might want to rethink useing a banshee they are real sucky at jumping, keep the money your going to spend on your bike, sell the banshee and buy a 450.

Hello, I have a 1998 Yamaha Banshee with just under 25 hours on it since brand new. Always garaged. Never rode in rain or the winter months. Just had 25 hr service done by yamaha, they said its in excellent cond. mechanically and physically. Still has original tires on it with a ton of tread left. Has dg pipes and muffler, steering stabilizer, pro flow plate and K&N air filter, amp link, renthal handlebars. Ths thing is basically brand new.
