I had the same prob with a trailer I just got rid of. It would sway pretty good at 65-70 with my quad but nothing serious. Until I put about 40 sheets of 1/2 inch plywood on it.........got it up to about 70 and next thing I know I was off the interstate sliding in the grass! A friend of mine said a trailer that size needs to have a 60-40 split with the axle being closer to the back of course. So don't play with it just get it fixed.

Well Im sure if you powder coated a truck bed it would chip as well....I wouldnt be doing it in black either It would be the color of my plastic......blue. T hanks for the info guys.....I called the guy who does it around here and he said for about $100 I could get it done..........I'll post pics if I do it.

Ok, I broke the bolt off for my radiator bracket.... ........but anyway its the double bolt deal that supports the radiator and the steering stem. So if anyone has an extra laying around please let me know......thanx..Chris Oh yeah, I need both bolts.

O.K. I trail ride about 95% of the time. So what would you do? I have never seen anyone Line-X a frame and was wondering how it looked and if it held good. I know it may be a little heavier and I know that I will have to keep it out of the holes and mounting brackets.............and do you think it would be O.K. to do the swing arm as well?......................thanx Chris

Just Changing Colors of the Purple and Pink shocked Banshee....So If anyone is interested in the Light Purple tank cover and the rad shroud (minus the grill) let me know. I just bought the Blue ones........got a bout 50 Bucks in them so if anyone comes close to that and is interested just let me know. I'll try to get some pics soon.
