  14. whats up, i have a 1998 banshee frame that i want to powdercoat. theres some rust spots on the frame. now how do i remove the rust before p/cing and wont it come back adventually and ruin the p/c paint job. It seems like painting over a rusty frame would be a bad idea?
  15. will a shorter swing arm also make a banshee a better jumper?
  16. whats up, Im going to buy some new a arms but im not sure which ones to get. Ive been reading some have heims and some have ball joints? is this correct? whats the difference and which one is better for my type of rideing? I ride mostly trails with jumps? Im from new england so it gets wet some times and dry some times, both cold and warm depending on season. any help is appreciated.
  17. i like the lexus, real smooth classic yet sporty ride
  18. hey lonestar i was looking at your profile and i see you have a tricked out 97 banshee. sounds pretty nice, have you got any pics? the reason why im asking is because i have a 98 that i bought and its pretty clean except on the bottom of the frame it has some scrapes that are now becoming rusty and a couple other spots near the welds. It really bothers me, the rust on the frame and the older year of the bike esp. because this is the last year for the banshee and im thinking of selling it and buying a new one that is perfect and building it up. sounds crazy i know. anyways i was hoping maybe you had some pics of you 97 to give me some inspiration to keep it? unless you and anyone else that reads this post agrees w/ my initial thought?
  19. thanks everyone on helping me figure out what shock to get. Im definetly getting the dual rate and either elka or tcs. thanks for all the imput

  23. that sucks i guess i better be careful. My buddy lives in mashpee and he says there are some trails up around himthat are pretty good but as far as cops go i dont know? ill call him and ask. the guy at the suzuki shop also said right before the boure bridge is were alot of people ride. do you know of any good areas around the cape were there are no cops?
  24. the cape huh, i just bought a house in plymouth ma. I saw a ton of four weelers and dirt bike up there. I got really pumped up and then i started asking were everyone rides but just as you said its very restricted. It seems like the electric lines are a good place to ride. have you ridden there?
