  4. It is a ebc clutch. What way do the arrows line up?
  5. Well got it torn down and yes i put oil back in it and gave it enough time to break in. With the plates in and the clutch put back together when you put it in gear and try to push it with the clutch lever pulled in it is hard to push it? Anyone have and idea? CLutch does not look fried and does not look to have any spots or warped.

  7. I was on the Blue banshee with the blue white and grey seat. I was moslty dragging. I had my front plastic that covers the radiator off. I remember the banshees pulling up together. I was there friday saturday and sunday.
  8. I just got a new clutch and clutch basket. Went to the dunes a couple weekends ago and went good on friday then mid saturday it started to slip real bad. Is my clutch gone already?
  9. My borther has a 95 sead doo 650 for sale. It has a brand new rebuilt motor with about 2 hours on it. He wants 1800 or trade for a quad it also has a trailer. Let me know what you got.

  14. The port work was done by Tyson Racing. I am running dual k&n clamp ons with stock carbs.
  15. Ok I have an aggresive trail port,boost bottle,+4 degree key,fmf fatties with turbine core 2 silencers,running br9es plugs, 300 main jet and stock 25 pilot jet. It is running at little shabby like when you first press the gas it kinda wants to bog down a little bit then it open up and runs good when you give it like 1/4 throttle. Anyone got any tips? Also what are the carb needles?

  18. Well took the flywheel off again and turns out the degree key was not in place at all. Put it all back together and seems to run alot better.
  19. I need a used or new clutch basket like yesterday. Mine has real deep grooves in it. The cheaper the better going to the dunes next weekend and need to do clutch before I go.

  21. I hooked my fmf fattys to my buddies set of toomey t5 silencers and they bolted up fine. I run fmf fatties with a fmf turbine core spark arretor silencer.
  22. Alright heres the story I got my banshee a couple weeks ago and basically rebuilt the whole motor with a aggresive trail port job fmf fatties with powercore 2 silencers k&n clamp ons and . The guy who rebuilt it told me to run br9es plugs and I checked the jets and it has a 300 main jet. It ran pretty good when it was first done then it got pretty boggy and ran like crap after we swithced the twist to thumb and I put turbine core 2 silencers with spark arrestors and we put a +4 degree key in it because my stock 1 was pretty chewed up. Ever since then it bogs down real bad and dont really have power until about mid range. The guy who built the motor told me it was my gas so I changed it to what he runs and it ran the same then he said it was my silencers since I changed them to spark arrestors. We changed them to my buddies toomeys with spark arrestor and it ran the same. Now he tells me I need a stock degree key because the +4 is to much I kinda think it may be the jetting. Anyone ever have this problem?
