Guiys , Bad news practice is cancelled Good news, It hasn't rained enough to stop tommorow yet, if the sun comes out the afternoon we will have the races tommorow will let everyone know in the morning , but if sun don,t come out it will bne cancvelled to. Bret on a personal note needd you or ed, or brad to come over tonight ro tommorow to pickup some fliers and drink some beer. Ones to take to OK with you next week hopfully we can get a big crowd at next one Buzz

Guys as of now the drags on still on track had a little water stillstanding on it tonight but drained it should be able to work it on wed night if it rains anymore just keep cheking here and I will let everyone know Buzz

Guys just want to say thanks to everbody who came to the drags on the 10th and everybody who helped out. Had some fast bikes and a descent crowd hopefully we will get more and more drag bikes. I know the crowd loved seeing it run. Just to let everybody know added more sand on Saturday morning and expect to add three more semi loads in the next week on the track and shut down area. Planning on more lighting on the shutdown and the pit area, adding some bleachers and a beer garden from the local tavern. Just don't use it if you are riding until you get done. Also next race is the 24th at 5:00 pm checkin time Please feel free to put any suggestions about the track or the running of the track so I can make this a fun place to come on a Saturday night. Almost forgot we have changed the classes, they are now . The CC,s are the same except added 500 to 700cc class STOCK--- No motor mods, may have pipe and K&N, and jetted MODIFIED---- any motor mod,running on gas, extended swing arm etc. Super Modified---- motor mods running on Alcohol,Nos or tubo charged Also practice is going to raise to ten dollars per practice because of paying the help

Hey Everybody! The drags are going to be postponed for two wks because of water the track isn't to bad but the shutdown is way to muddy. I am afraid someone coming off the sand will turf when they hit that mudd. The dates for practice and drags are going to be September 9th and 10th hope everybody can make it. Jeff it's Thursday morning about 6:30 just got home from work , it looks like the drags for this weekend will be cancled . I am going to make a decision at about 3:00 today when I get up. There is water standing on the slow down now. it would take alot of sunshine today and tomorrow. For sure practice is cancled.I will have a make up drag in two weeks next weekend off the date would be Sept. 9th and 10th. I will post at 3:30 today about Saturday

Hey this is Buzz, The directions from St Joe, are coming south on 59 go across missouri bridge and keep going west. you will go past dairy Queen and keep going west. Then you will come to another stop light which is KFC/tacobell keep going west about another mile past the countrymart grocery store and cross another small bridge right past the bridge you will take a right hand turn , cross the railroad tracks and go 1/2 block this puts you on 73 hwy take a left and you are headed west go 8.5 miles to 9 hwy south of lancaster Ks. take a left you will be going south on 9 follow the hwy to the drags it will be about 2miles south then 1mile west on right side.

Here are the directions to get to the drags. Go west of ATchison Ks 8.5 miles on US 73 to US hwy9 go south on 9 highway and the highway will curve to the west, come westfor 1 mile and the track is on the north side of the highway. If you are coming from the west go to Effingham ks and go east out of town on US159 it is about 3 miles until you get to US 9 Junction go East the road is curvey so don't panic, just stay on 9 highway for another 4 miles and the track is on northside of highway If coming from the south, go to Nortinville ks and come north on US159 until you get to US 9 and 159 take a right and stay on highway until you get to the track 3 miles north of N0rtinville the highway turns into 116 hwy and 159 for about one mile then 159 comes north on a big sweeping curve Checkin is over at 5:00 pm

Hey thios is Buzz from BFD Race'n and ther was some question's about the drags There are stock and modified classes along with 2 stroke an open class to run banshee's against 4 stroke's which will pay back 4 places and there is an dash for cash which will pay out to first place. Hopfully the new photo eye's for the red light will make the racing alot better than before. Also should have the timers in by the next practice so people can know their time's.
