than kyou guys for your offers But some one out there has to have a frame that is totally scaped alls i need now is the vin tag off the frame can be cut out i dont car as long as it is good numbers ill explain before i am accused of stealling a quad thius quad was purchased buy the pervios owner from a impound auction in peices then made into a quad then traded into a slavager for quads for parts he needed for the raptor he was moddin so that is where i came about buying it the frame is erfect minus the head light bracket and vin so i would just rather get a vin so i can regi it even though it doesnt matter to much

the copper gasket is a trinity thing and has to be kneld when you get a new one and have to use permatex moto seal1 its gray and is not like hondabond it is very thin and i still bet u got a lower end bearing cage that came apart

went through the same thing last summer u can tell if it is a trinity motor first by the markings on the cylinder they sign them on the out side and when u take the head off if its the factory head them on the under sside it should say what numbers it is and it should have hot rods in it also did this have a copper head gasket?? and the out side crank bearings let got on my ours and did the same thing to the piston and when i called trin ity they said that the crank used in those engines is a hot rods crank and they have seen alout of lower end bearings go bad. and as for the cylinder marks ours had about the same amount of run time on it and u couldnt see any marks on the bore as in cross hatched marks if u need any more info lemme know or call trinity they had the best customer serivce i have seen in a long time

thats funny ~ my cases look just like the pics posted and that stuff worked it just turned the cases white kinda or spoted but they still lokk a lot better than mud

ok i tried to remove that bolt and it must be frozen in there but it wont budge any tips ??? i was going to heat it up but didnt wanna strip that out is it regular thread or reversed??

so i am rebuilding my banshee and getting all new bearings the sterring bearing on this i cant figure out how to remove it it has a hex headed inside bolt on the top of the bearing does that have to come out to change it or what????

carrier in great shape bearing where still good seals to but may need new seals due to axle removale make offer pics will be avaible as requested

i just like to jump and i have seen subframes twisted and front ends bowed out so if i could make it a little strong that would be better while i got it appart

ok im kinda stumped i am in the proces on a engine rebuild and the lower cases are like painted iwht dirt i have tried everythng i can imagine from a parts washer to paint striper to engine degresser but they still have brown spots is there a way to make them nice again or no?

ok this is my buddys it is a 95 banshee mods included are : lonestar extened arms and axle triple rate shocks with remote resivoirs lowered for moto cross rear shock a/m same marker as front shock bead lock 8 inch wheels 2 into one carb trinity set up timing plate 420 trinity big bote motor just had new rings and crank bearings installed with hot rod long rod crank decked head by trinity as well ims desert big tank tag bars gripper seat fmf pipes dg bumper nerfs and rear bumper meier front race fender flame gril prodeisgn ari box filter thing this thing is a nasty quad and VERY FAST and will only run on 100+ octane shot some offers i can get pics but might take a few days

my buddys redoing his shee this winter and he has a set of triple rate shocks but the springs have areas where the paint came off and now is rusty whats the best way to repaint these or what to use i know it needs to be flexable so it will last ? thanks for the info dave
