just picked up some new Ac racing propeg nerf's with heel guards off ebay. came with 2 mounts for each side where the original footpegs went. First off the bolts didnt fit so i had the drill the holes bigger and now that fits fine. In the box i got 4 nuts, 6 washers, 4 bolts(2 had about 3/4 thread and aprrox 3" in length... other 2 bolts were all thread about 5 inches long) my last set of nerfs had u bolts, was i supposed to get u bolts? The way it lines up it looks like it screws into those 2 holes on the frame by the exhaust. also having trouble lacing up the nerfs. There is 3 slots in each little net mount. I'm sure this is confusing but it is the best i can explain it. Pictures could definatly help. thanks

just clearing out the garage... I got a rear shock all stock with white springs. good condition just needs to be cleaned up. Missing the little adjuster knob but its not more than 5 dollars to fix. 40$ + shipping or best offer. I have 2 steering stems, one that is straight with some rust and one that is slightly bent(hardly noticable) in good condition. They are probably worth around 15 dollars + shjpping or best offer. Also have a a set of dc racing nerf's which are also a lil bent. 30 dollars + shipping or best offer. Just make me an offer for any of this stuff. just trying to clean the garage out and if you guys dont need any of this itll all go to ebay. thanks

i had the same problem. I just took a block of wood and used a big hammer. As for taking the disk off I used allen wrenches that fit in 3/8" drive socket wrench. You really get alot of leverage and you can get a complete metric set off ebay for about 15+shipping.

I like chrome but if it get ruined quickly i would rather get powdercoat lowers and chrome uppers. also, what colors go good wtih candy blue. Like i know black and red look really nice together. im trying to stay away from silver. thanks

I'm getting alot of parts powdercoated and I also wanted to get some things chromed. Do you guys know of any good chrome shops preferably on the east coast that do a good job . thanks in advance

check all your wires and make sure in no place a frayed part of the wire touches the frame . A frayed wire hit my exhaust on my bike and it shorted out hte light and made a spark.

what should i do to the nipples on my carb?
aschultz91 replied to BURKE_DADDY's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
well if they both have chokes i guess they arent choke crossovers. so run a piece of tube down by the other overflow hoses. -

I have a 1998 banshee and went riding a couple days ago with a kid that has an artic cat 400 (a complete copy of the suzuki 400) Its two weeks old and after riding my banshee he wants to trade. My banshee isnt in the greatest condition. i was thinking trade, sell it, and buy a new banshee! i just love banshees i couldnt go to a 4 stroke. i woudl imgaine i could get 5000 for the artic cat and that would get me a pretty decent shee.
