yes i agree, i would NOT stud/spike the Pro Wedge style tires... Only 2 ply i believe and not a stiff enough carcass...

We have repaired/rebuilt lots of motors from mishaps with these "cheaper cranks" bought from other people (as we wont sell them) .... Glad we stuck with Hot Rods and Billets!! Hope it didnt hurt your cyls etc. too much... But usually cyls can be repaired, might need to buy cases though.

Christian, we can do them raw and save about $150 bucks..I also have a customer w/used wider chrome a arms...

It's not that ours is expensive, it's that most all your GOOD Chrome round house swing arms are gonna be that price range with a round house carrier and bearings...... If you want cheaper, stay stock carrier or look for a used one....

HP wise about the same.... Idle circuit much easier with PWK and the flat D slide has a touch better response than the oval PJ slide..

WaynokaBanshee , budget is the first thing we need to know...IF on a tight budget , stay stock stroke and have porting done to stock cyls... It will wow you and be fun to ride! Any of us site sponsors can help you with the build....IF you have the money you can take advantage of our Sale on 421 Serval kits...
If on a tight budget consider just a Woods port and milled head to get you started.....Lots of options available..

We have built stock cyls drag ported vs Cubs drag ported...In 100-150 yards sand drags, they were very close, BUT on a longer run the Cub always pulled ahead.... Hard to beat the triple exh, and other port configurations of the CUB for the $$$$ !!

We have ran our chains on all kinds of BIG motors even Rotax bikes... Never had one break!
They are EK....Give me a hollar Rocky if i can help...

Dave there is actually enough adjustment built in to prolly go 12-13 degrees but they are only marked to 10 degrees..

porting is normal price, but bore/hone will 1/2 price with a port job.

Still have some goodies left so we are gonna extend the sale a bit and that will also help some folks waiting on tax money back too.... : )
