  1. I remember when my banshee looked like that. Looks super clean.
  2. For that price, it would be cool to make a CR250 quad and sell parts on Ebay and get your money back....
  3. Try Glen Helen on a Thursday or Saturday practice. but you better be able to ride because there are tons of fast bikes out there and most dont take too kindly to squidly quad riders. Not that you are one, but be prepared. Great track though. One thing to look into are private track rental days. my favorite is LACR in Palmdale. Get 10-20 of your riding buddies to chip in about $500-600 total and you have the track for the day. Perfectly groomed and not crowded. Taller gearing will be the key in keeping your arms from turning into rocks and allow you to hook up better.
  4. Thats right... The ATVA is out there this weekend. Too bad I am going to the Anaheim SX tomorrow.
  5. I was out there a few years ago and Jeff Emig was out there... I stopped and took a few pics of him. I remember in the background of one of them, a dude on a DS 650 was on the track. I only remember that because they took him off on a streatcher. He wadded it up at the end of the back straight. let me see if I can find it...
  6. If you want to, let me know when you are out here. I live just above Glen Helen and have ridden there for years, but only on my CR 250. That track get killer ruts that throw a quad around. I also work at Warner Brothers so if you want to spend a few hours, I can get you in and show you around the lot and get you on some stages if you want. Let me know....
  7. They help create and maintain intake velocity into the crankcase.
  8. I could never figure out how to do them well. This is my sad attempt. I can say I ride better than I make sigs. I need help.
  9. I second that. I have 2 of them and will never go without one.
