  1. With a setup like this I would like to ask for alttle help, A stock welded crankshaft, bored over to 66mm, about 155 psi, coolhead w/18cc domes, wiseco pro lite pistons, port is said to be a 370 dune port.Dual keihin 33mm PWK carbs # 6 cut on the slides,Boysen sport reeds on stock cages, K&N air filters w/outerwear, T6 exhaust front to rear (i am trying to up grade to t5's). Sea level riding and 50/50 dune and hill racing. oh amost forgot 200 lb rider. What I have left to do is tune it in from here, the mix of gas 50/50, straight pump or av gas? the jetting? type of plugs? ratio of oil? I have beening useing Maxium 927 synithic but does not leave much color so it's real hard to jet. Thank you very much for sharing your info. John
  2. Sorry for not returning any replys. Well I am still dealing with the 2 2into 1 setup's. If you are still interested, what I need now is some intakes, boots and reeds, I have a set of 33mm keihins coming. I have boysen reeds but am looking for some btter ones. What I have is one cascade manifold and boot for a 38mm carb and one 38mm keihin carb with new k&n filter and outer wear. also a couple cables. The second setup is the trinity manifold with a 35mm boot, the carb that came with this one won't idle, I think the carb is bad but I'm not a carb expert. I am looking to get 300.00 for the one complete setup and an offer or trade on the one manifold and boot. so there you have it. Thanks for looking it over. let me know what you think and make me offer I can't refuse. JD I can't get any pic's to post, can I email you the pic's?

  13. Less the 500 ft Vanc Wa, next to Portland Or Ride at the beach mostly. had not taken compress before taking out engine for powdercoating.. I know bad boy
  14. I am running race in it but mixed with the 93 oct, half and half. I'll problemly just sell the large carb and try what you said just use one of the 34's. If the boot will fit... JD
  15. Well the carb that i'm getting with the 2 into 1 is a 38mm so i may have to dial it down a little for the size of cyl's I have, 66mm bore, mild race port from Magic Port, cool head w/19cc domes,T-6's, tires are a extreme ultra buff 12 paddle. I have a set of 34mm carbs on there now doesn't do to bad. What about adv the timong with something like this, how much would that gain? sorry about rambling.... Thanks for all the help JD

  20. I am lookin to get a 2 into 1 trinity setup and am wanting to get v-force 3 reeds, but for the banshee i can only find 2 of them. What other reed will work without having to buy two of them? 38 mm carb k&n air filter Thanks ahead of time JD
  21. Hi, just saw your post. I have a set of T6's and have a ported motor, was looking at trying to find someone with a pipe that was made for a ported engine. What you have is made for just that, would you want to trade pic's and see if you would want to trade? JD
  22. Boy you guys get a goood price for that stuff, I'm having to pay 550.00 for everything to be done and i am blasting the small parts. so killer deal
  23. The small parts you can do with the paint remover, but real mesy, Sounds familier, the first time I had it sandblasted, works fast and easy. I am in to it again and had it blasted, am going to have it powder coated this time. Not cheap though. BUT LOOKS GREAT, candys and high matellic. I'll have to put som pic's up when it's done.
  24. Thank you so much for posting this about these guys, i was lookin at a tranny they have for sale on ebay, now i know to find it some place else, i am a newbie, thanks again John D
