Ok, just put in new plus and she will not start. I still have to unplug the t.o.r.s. black box to even get spark. I get fuel to each carb. (pulled hoses off to see) So, what the HECK is keeping it from starting? Carb issues maybe? Something stuck? I see 79 people viewed and only 2 comments posted. I know that many people are not as new as I am to Banshee's...... C'mon guys! I'll run by the local shop to talk with them and maybe get some answers.

What can I take off of the bike that I do not need? I want it stripped down to the basics of operation. As of now the bike is COMPLETELY STOCK! I know that sounds strange... I want to take off the parking brake, TORS and anything other misc. crap I do not need to have it run. I want just like a street/ strip car. (like my chevelle) motor, tranny, gear, lights and battery and exhaust and body... Here is the pic. I told you it was stock!

I decided not to do it until I get some decent tools from my friend. I was thinking of cutting the fenders on the inside between the bolt and tank cover so if I want I can put the fenders back on. This is a pic but is not mine to show where I want. the cuts would be in yellow.

Thanks for the input. We will see how it goes friday.

Where is the picture?

I am goin gto cut my front fenders and just wanted to know what tools you guys used when cutting them. I know plastic can get hot and melt if using power tools.

I plan on getting them from Ebay. I can get them cheaper there than a normal store. I do hear what you are saying though..

Yeah this is what I hear when people hear my name, 1. Hey that is a cow's name. (country person) or 2. That is the guitarist for AC/DC. (rock person) or 3. On rare occasions Are you from Scotland and which part? (smart person) There are red and black Angus Cattle and living in Texas (houston) I hear the cattle one all the time and when Burger King came out with that stupid commercial for the Angus burger I got shit. This is what I want to do, Get my avatar tattoo'd right above my (woohoo) and get 100% grade A beef. My wife thinks I am crazy and I say (hey you married me)

Thanks peeps! I am going to go do some fintments this weekend and then find the best price on what I choose.

I have my R.M. catalog at home on the coffee table along with my Clymer banshee book! I definatley understand that protecting your head is priceless but a $400 helmet to a $200 helmet would still protect my head. So why pay for the $400 one because it has better graphics or a pro rider wears that type helmet. I am planning on going to the K's Yamaha right by my house Saturday to do some browsing and trying on to see what I like and then order from Rocky Mountain.

I am just starting to ride and need some info of helemts and boots in a cheap price range and good quality to start with. If I decide to really get into riding I will upgrade all of my stuff. I do not have a problem with that but I do not want to spend all of the money on something I will not keep around long. Now my car race helmet was expensive and NHRA approved but I also have had it for many years. It is worth the money I spent. Any brands I should get or stay away from. I appreciate any and all input...

It seems like it would be the whole horsepower to weight ratio battle.

I was reading that the Bel-Ray MC-1 is made to be run at 50:1 being a full synthetic. I am still trying to learn all of this atv stuff.
