Does anyone need a new, never used Trinity billet 35mm single carb airbox adapter? I was digging through stuff in the garage and found it. I never used it as I went with a CFM aluminum airbox instead. Make me an offer or email for pics. [email protected]

Is the water pump cover the full outer cover that is usually plastic or just the inner one? If its the full cover, I'll take it.

They do, but if youre worried about it, I would find yourself a stock cylinder and start fresh. Blaster jugs are cheap. Remember, the Blasty is a dinosaur air cooled motor and when that sleeve starts getting too thin, youre only asking for more trouble. If you want some good, cheap, go-fast ideas for a Blaster, PM me and I'll share info.

Ya know, for me, I couldnt agree more, but its what customers wanted... I just finished a 2004 Blaster for my son to race National TT/ST and I have to admit, its pretty bad-ass for 200cc's...

Could someone please tell me the bore size for banshee cylinders that are +.030? I need to get my cylinders bored and I need to know what size to have the machine shop bore them and what pistons to get. Thanks.

In my humble opinion, I would not use Vito's for the Blaster. I would only use Trenga (www.trengaracing.com) or CT for big bore Blaster (240cc). If you really want to go crazy, get the new 265cc kit from Trinity. Of course, Im only speaking from 15 years of building race (TT and Flat Track) Blasters....
