A Arm Complete Roller Minus Shocks

I'm just up road in Midland. Send some pics my way - email is [email protected] -
Banshees sell pretty cheap up here in MI. I paid less than his asking price for my '98 granted it didn't have aftermarket pipes but it was cleaner. I've seen quite a few sell in the $1500 to $1800 price range recently around here. He's a pretty good guy. He always seems to have quads and bikes for sale. He bought a Tecate-4 off my neighbor and sold it a week or two later. He had a nicely modded Honda 250R about 1.5 yrs ago and ended up taking less than $2K for it because no one around here was interested in it. Had it on ebay 2 different times too but no one wanted to drive to MI to pick it up. He must get pretty good deals on his stuff because he does post them up for sale pretty cheap versus the going rate.

Looking for a Banshee rear shock in good condition. Can include linkage too but not necessary. Let me know what you have and give a price with shipping to zip 48642.

Sounds like a deal. Send me a paypal address and I'll get you the cash.

Hoping someone has some of this stuff sitting around or may be parting out a Banshee 1.) The bracket that goes between the tie rods and the spindle. It bolts into the spindle and the tie rod end bolts into it. I also need the 4 bolts (2 per side). 2.) The front castle nuts and washers that hold the hubs on the spindle shafts.

A friend just explained the push/pull setup in a little more detail. Sounds like I'll be going twist throttle.

Ok, this isn't banshee specific but I'm sure you guys can help me out. I'm looking to put a Ninja 250 twin into a Warrior chassis. The Ninja uses a push-pull throttle setup. What this means is that their is 1 cable to pull the slides open and 1 cable to help close the slides (safety feature). I want to use the stock thumb throttle on the warrior but I need a cable that will allow me to keep the thumb throttle and use a cable for a set of dual carbs - so I thought a banshee cable might be a good choice. The problem is that I need the cable for a set of carbs that have had the TORS removed and all that other crap on top of the stock carbs. The carbs on the Ninja are Keihin CVK30's if that helps. Anyone know which cable I should look for? I am guessing that it's the throttle cable for a set of stock carbs with the TORS removal kit installed but want to be sure before I order anything. According to Motion Pro's website I need part number 01-0813 - Fits stock thumb throttle to Keihin PWK 28 & Mikuni TM 28 carbs. Use with stock carbs requires 2 carb caps (01-0023) and 2 adjusters (01-0013). Use with stock carb eliminates TORS and stock carb caps. Requires idle kit (08-0045) when used with stock carbs. FYI - I called Motion Pro and they won't make me a custom cable because it goes outside the original design of the Ninja motor and there is a very slight chance the slides may stay open. It's a liability thing. So now I need to do my own research. Thanks in advance for you help and input.

2006 YFZ 450 Tricked out /trade for Shee
yfz450 replied to maraudernkc's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
So what's "tricked out" about it? I don't see too many major mods other than a powdercoat job. -
$225 shipped. So I'm knocking off $25 and eating the shipping costs since you're fairly close. Will post pics of the paddles & wheels tonight.

I don't know if it's even been bored out. It does have Wiseco pistons in it. Stock reeds and clutch. I rejetted the carbs when I installed the pipes. I'm running 320 mains and 30 pilots.

Located in Midland, MI Looking to trade for something like a Z400, Canondale, or similar. It's a 1998 Banshee with grey and yellow plastic. Quad is clean for its age. It has Renthal bars, K&N pod filter with Outerwears, FMF fatty pipe and Titanium II silencer. Pipes has less than 3 hours of ride time on them. For tires and wheels, you have your choice of either 1.) 20" Klaw MXF & 18 Klaw MXR on pc'd black chrome stock YFZ wheels or 2) 21" Fast Trekker fronts and 18" grooved turf tamers on ITP T-9 wheels. It also has Trail Tech billet lights that go with it. They just need to be installed.

Can i get a banshee for under 1500?
yfz450 replied to 01bansheefox's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Bought mine for $1300 last week. Runs great, and already had K&N pods, Renthal bars and Wiseco pistons. -
Anyone done this on a set of oval FMF pipes yet? I don't want to be forced to slap on some $80 crappy looking cobra universal fit spark arrestors

Please py my name in the hat too!

Ok, I want to be sure I'm in the ballpark on jetting because my local dealership sucks and never has the $3.00 jets in stock that I need so I need to order them. It's a 1998 Banshee. Only mods are K&N dual pod filters with outerwears and a set of FMF fatty pipes and Titanium 2 silencers. FMF's website gives some recommendations but it's with the stock airbox. I've been told that the K&N's pick up a lot over the stock airbox so I don't want to follow FMF's website. I just put the FMF's on, and it came with the K&N's. Jetting right now was 25 pilot, 220 main and 1.5 turns on the a/f screw. I can tell that it's definitely lean right now, especially with the dropping temperatures. I'm thinking 27.5 pilot, 3rd clip stock needle, 300 - 340 main. Does that sound close?

Thanks, but I found a set last night.
