Thanks for the advice. The old post makes it pretty much idiot proof- - Great Post I still don't think I'll let him touch my a-arms, guess I'll just break down and come loose of some cash for some aftermarket.

I work at a metal fab place and I was wondering if anyone cut and shortened their own swingarm and if it is that hard to get it together perfectly squared. A guy in the shop made some extended a-arms out of stockers for a mini tt racer, and offered to make me some out of the stock arms, but I have very serious doubts on how well it would hold up on a full sized quad.

That sucks, those are some tight ass graphics!

I would ride with no plastic at all before I'd ride with that Craptor plastic! Absolutely horrible!

Yeah, I've had that problem a couple of times. I'll see him tonight and tell him he needs to work a few more bugs out of it. seems like if you click on the login tab instead of hitting enter it usually works no problem.

If there's anyone in the Southeast Missouri area, a friend just created a website in hopes of giving people a way to get together rides, buy and sell, etc. http://www.semoriderz.com It offers something for everyone whether you ride in the dirt or on the street. He just started it yesterday, so give it a little time for riders to catch on to it. Sure it's no BansheeHQ, but definately worth a peek if you're from the area.

I tried the impact/hammer and torch/hammer technique and it still wouln't come out! I went and bought a sawzall and that bolt was out like a fat chick playin dodge ball! Thanks for all the advice fellas!

Can someone please help...I've got my shee tore down in a thousand pieces but I can't get the pivot bolt that connects the swingarm to the frame out. I've tried everything including beating it with a hammer until I can't swing it anymore! It will only move about a quarter inch. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
