  1. Went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was a blast. Have fun, I hear that weekend is crazy. We are planning to return at the end of June. My buddy broke his back 20 min. in to the last trip and his buddy jacked his foot so bad he'll be down for a year. On another note, AM I THE ONLY STOCK BANSHEE ON THE PLANET. It seemed like pipes are mandatory in Duneland.
  2. Ummmmmm...what ever stock is. Two strokes jsut aren't my thing so I took it to a local HIGHLY recommended magician. He's going to dial it in and eliminate the TORS and safety crap. If I cold just sqeeze a small block chevy in this thing I couild work the shit out of that
  3. Thanks...I took the carbs out to clean them and when I put the suckers back in one of the idle adjusters broke off when I tried to adjust it. I gave the bitch the middle finger and went inside. I'm taking it in to get it fixed.......

  5. I am having this same problem...how do I unhook the parking brake and how do I eliminate the T.O.R.S? I am new to the whole Banshee thing and I need to get ready for a Silver Lake trip at the end of the month.
  6. Took the Sharks out for a bit of a test and they are awesome. I mounted them on some new ITP rims with a +2 offset and they are viscous in the mud and snow. I'm going to send my friend some tear offs for the upcoming season.
  7. I read that thread..and yes I replied. I guess I was looking for more of a tire that someone would say was comparable to the Spider Tracs. I am leaning toward Mud Sharks but I'm flexible.
  8. I do a lot of riding in a lot of places that don't call for me to be a Pro MX rider and I don't want knobby tires. I was looking at Spider Tracs but their availibility has become limited sooooooo...... I need a suggestion on mud tires for my Banshee. It's stock and staying that way. My theory is any tire can get you down the trail just fine but if you hit some nasty stuff or it's snowing you are screwed. I had the Spider Tracs on an old Tecate and loved them. BTW- new to the HQ..very nice site and I'm learning a lot about my new toy. I actually get paid to ride a Quad as a power line inspector and I get to go many places not open to motorized vehicles in the name of duty. I have been riding some form of ATV since the early 80's..holy shit that makes me sound old, but I was only 9...lol. I just picked up my 2000 Banshee so I can show my friends how it's done! My work Quad is a Sportsman 500.
  9. My buddy ran 15.80's on a STOCK Banshee with 22" Wooly's. MPH was 78 or 77.....I would have to check the VHS again.
  10. Spider Tracs....These are the shit going all the way back to my Tecate days.
