  1. If anyone is looking for a very good rebuild, go see Duncan racing in Santee, CA (San Diego County). I just got my 02 shee totally rebuild and peformance parts for 3500. Duncan went though the entire motor, tranny, and bike. Also during rebuild I have them put a trued and welded crank & powerhead w/20cc domes. My bike is very fast and reliable now. It's keeping up with a 04 YFZ 450 with Alba exhaust, K&N, head ported and polished and valve guides re-angled. Just wanted to throw the name out for any one else interested in a good work and is willing to work done right the first time and great customer service.
  2. Looking for a good used desert tank for 02 shee. IMS or Clarke or who else make one. 5.5 gallons I think.
  3. If any of you guys are interested in finding me. Im on the first pad where the road that run right next to the canal and the the road below the canal meet. Look for 05 Duramax (pueter) w/ tan enlosed trailer and 3 other quad ( 2 yfz white and black, 1 black 450r). Hope to meets some of you out there and race. My bike just got done by duncan racing.
  4. I had the same thing happen to me. It turned out to be the tube between the two carbs was not connected. It balances the pressure between the carb. Hope that helped.
  5. Who's up for a glamis trip for Halloween? I going to be there 28-30, camping right next to the canal (gecko side). I'll will be riding a 02 shee w/ skin graphics. Hope to see some of the fellow BHQ family out there.
  6. I have a stock milled head (can run off pump gas) only has about 6 trips, will take 80. I have stock carbs, 50. Also have 22x11x10 8 paddle, 175, also about 6 trips. All prices dont include shipping
  7. I got a set of 22x11x10 8 cup haulers on douglas blue label for $180 not including shipping. Also got stock milled head for $90. Can run pump or race gas.
  8. Selling complete set of T-5's. A little of blueing out of the head, just got cleaned and polish from the plating shop. Will have pics in a couple of days. Looking for 300 + shipping to lower 48.
  9. Just wanted to know to to go to for the port and polish job? I live is So Cal ( East County) and I'm not against sending my cylinders out for the job to get done right. I mainly ride Glamis and if you know its aroung sea level. Also what to up the compression with some pistons and dont' know who to go with. I was thinking to go with weisco piston. But I was look to see what works. Thanks
  10. Thanks for the feedback. Ill check it out. still looking for more info on setup
  11. I have 02 shee with port and polish heads, jp pistions, cool heads w/18cc domes, vortex ingtion, k&n filter, and air box is gone. I was looking for a good clutch setup for the power.
  12. Thanks for the tip, I was reading the Dynojet web site and they said a 280 main jet, needle at the 3rd notch, and air screw at 2.5 turns. They said for a modified motors to put in the 340 main jet. So are they considering my bike a modified motor?
  13. I just recently bought a 03 shee with t-5, k&n filter and outerwear, pro design filter adapter, boost bottle, v-force reeds. When the guy first bought the bike he had the bike jetted with the t-5, k&n, and boost bottle, and the 1" breather in the lid. The later removed the entire air box and now the bike is running too lean. I'm going through exhaust clamp left and right. I think it has 280 main jet and i dont know where the air/fuel screw is dialed that, and the needle also. I run race gas (c-12) w/ 40:1 ratio (maxima mixing oil). i was just looking for a starting point so I can run the bike on the dyno to tune. I usually ride the dunes and desert riding year-around. Thanks for the help
