  1. So where can I get one? I did a little search, but im kinda an instant gratification guy hahaha.
  2. Well maybe im adjusting them wrong. Could someone explain how to adjust the floats properly. I would appreciate it thanks
  3. Yeah ive checked just about everything in those carbs. I think I can actually put them together blindfolded now Thanks for the replies, I ran them a couple times like this and had no problems. But when you get done riding and forget to turn off the gas, then come back to a puddle of V.P. under your bike. Well Im sure you all understand how frustrating that can be
  4. So I have had my carbs on and off a dozen times trying to fix this problem. When my bike is sitting and the gas is on fuel leaks out of the hose on the bottom of the carbs. I have tightened the screw in the bowls extremly tight and cant get anymore on them. Floats seem to be adjusted fine.......maybe im doing that wrong? What else may be causing this???? Stock carbs by the way.....thanks for the help
  5. if they are still available let me know, ive got like three sets of stk shocks brand new il give you, two for sure pm me if they are still available
  6. I still have my airbox lid on, im freshing the top end right now so when I get it back together I think im going to play with the jets, or get the thing on the dyno
  7. Almost forgot im at sea level and stk carbs
  8. I have been reading these forums for a couple years now and everybody seems to be running 300 main jets or more on there bikes and bigger pilots. I am running a dynojet kit needle on the forth clip, 280 main, and stock pilot, air screw out 2.5 turns. I have cool head 20cc domes, k&n,fmf's,boost bottle, and I ported it a little, mainly just sharpend tranfers, intake and polished the exaust side. It seems that my bike runs perfect and not one bike in my group of banshee's can touch me. Does each jet kit use different measurments for there mains, or would I pick up more power with bigger jets. When I say my bike runs good I mean I dont have the infamous banshee power band or anything, from the time I drop the clutch the bike is all there and pulls 6th no problem. Any two cents would be great, sorry bout the novel
  9. I may be wrong but if you want to lean it out a little more turn the air screw out, that should help with some of your low end bog.
  10. I already run fuel, but I ordered 20cc domes for the season and during the off season ill have the crank welded. thanks for the help I appreciate it
  11. Well I guess my next question would be how hard is it to weld the crank. Is it something I can due or should I have it done, and how much?
  12. This might be a dumb question but what would be the worst case scenario if I didnt weld my crank
  13. What would be the cutoff as far as dome size w/out having to weld the crank? I thought rifling actually increased airflow, it does in a bbc
  14. First do I need to weld my crank if I plan on running 18cc domes in my cool head? and second has anyone ever rifled there carbs, and if so how did it work any diff. Thanks again
