Craig.... You are correct about the powervalve being used on the lowend, it really has no function after 6500RPM. That doesnt mean a powervalve motor cant be fast....as there are some. The builder you are referring to is Sainty, he has also posted here. He is the real deal. The reason he and others dont use the powervalves is simple....their bike is never under 6500 rpm!

A lot of fast bike run stock cylinders....a lot run monoblocks, some run 404s...all depends on your idea of fast!

Well, Patriot Racing built my engine, but ive seen the dynoedge bikes run. The dynoedge bikes run great, and they are great guys. The work performed on my motor, and the customer service i received was top notch!
