i dont know how long this worum has been on here, but i payed the guy his money about two weeks ago and let him keep the crank(that i actually didnt know he wanted pistons and rods in the first place). I you will look at some of my posts you can tell that i am new on here, and new to the banshee world altogether. So if someone is looking for a crank, i am assuming that they only want the crank. but anyway, the guy got his money, and a spare crank so if we could go ahead and end this whole deal that would be great

I checked out some 350's and that is what he must have been talking about. I just got my shee and i dont really feel like taking it apart again, so i am gonna go with the stock cylinders. thanks

That must be what it was, i couldnt really understand him he was talking fast and had an accent. Anyway, does anyone know anytrhing about these powervalves?

I went to the local performance shop and was talking to the main banshee guy and he told me if i really wanted to make my shee quick i would look for a set of rz250 jugs and head. he told me they have extra power valves in them and they will bolt up to my banshee motor. He also told me banshees were concieved from the rz because some regulation in america forces them not to be produced. anyone heard anything like this? The guy was kinda out of it so i dont know if he was just full of shit or what

what tools should i use, just a dremel. sanding bits, polishing bits?

I was thinking about porting my jugs. Is it possible to do it yourself? If so what tools, dremel? Has anyone done it? how much is too much, and what all do they do when they port? If it is not possible then where is a good, cheap place to get them ported

can i use a compression guage from a car, or not. If not where do i pick up a compression tester?

Hey i have had my banshee running for about a month now. it seemed to run fine until yesterday. i started it up and it just wasnt running right, when i rap it out through the trails, or up a hill it stalls and sputters, it has no power. today i went to a couple of dunes and was getting worked by warriors. i couldnt even shift into 2nd, and i had to dump it in first to even move. I dont know what the problem is, does anyone had this problem before, should i rebuild the top end?

I never checked it, but i assumed its right considering when it came off the other shee it was supposed to be working. But anyway, how should i check it to see if it is right?

I just installed a 35mm kehien on a 2 to 1 intake on my banshee, but the carb is leaking bad. I checked the floats to make sure they were moving properly, and still the same thing. It leaks from the hole where the air filter screws on, and the tube goign from the top of the carb on a screw, to the bottom of the carb into the bowl. Dont really know what all the pieces are called, or much about these carbs. Any advice as to how to get it to stop leaking would be great, thanks. There are pics attached, the pictures are where the leaking is coming from.
