  1. Ok I will take it off to see if it works. Maybe I just dont know how exactly you are supposed to bleed the brakes.
  2. I put my old brake pad over the piston and pounded it in with a hammer. Thats all I could do to get it in. Any suggestions.
  3. Yep, those were them, got everything back together. I still cant figure out my carburetor though. It will usually run fine with the choke on but with the choke off, it idles fine, then when I put it into gear and take off it bogs down and stalls. I have adjusted the needle a lot too. It is a lectron carb. Any suggestions
  4. Thanks man.
  5. They came out of it so I just forget where they went..
  6. Welcome to the HQ. Whats your first mod gonna be?
  7. O, forgot, they are about 3.5-4 inches in diameter...
  8. I just got done putting new pistons in the shee and I have 2 rubber O rings left over that came out of there but I dont know where they go. I have a Pro design cool head. Any suggestions???? I looked over it again and again but cant think of where they might go. O and how many quarts of oil should I put in the bottom end? Thanks Ben
  9. No, I can't bleed the brakes
  10. Well I put new brake pads on the rear and now the brake will not tighten up. Ive been trying to bleed them and tighten it up. What exactly do I need to do? The pedal is not moving the pads at all. Oh, and the pads are rubbing a little bit too...? Thanks Ben
  11. Thanks guys.
  12. Weird.
  13. You tell him the $ is either comin out of his pocket or his ass!
  14. I know man. It was going up as I got my liscence, started at like 1.40 or 1.50's. Then went up from then on....
  15. Yea, very nice but pricey.
  16. Yea, thats true, cause I guess shees are fast anyways. I was thinkin more in terms of cars.
  17. Ok, I am in the process of putting new pistons in. There was some dirt in the bottom end. I was trying to get it out with a vaccum and rags. I drained the crankcase oil, it only came out of one side for some reason. After I got most of the dirt out, like a dumbass I put some 80W crankcase oil down in there thinking it would drain out and bring the rest of the dirt with it. Obviously it didnt drain. I got a rag and got most of the oil out of there. There is barely any left, there is just some left on the bearings on the rods. and stuff. Will this be bad when I start it up? Or will it not do any harm? Man I am an idiot for doing this and expect some crap for it so lets hear it.
  18. Good one. I remember seeing that somewhere a long time ago if Im not mistaking.
  19. I cheated. I did it and nothing was happening so I went back to the post so I was waiting for something to happen. Good one though.
  20. Yea man I know what youre saying. The worst is when people do that on cars. Put all this money into making a slow car look good. Glad to see you got a shee. Where do you ride right now? Post some pics when you can. Ben
  21. Its up to about $2.15 here in Ohio. I got mine at the Flying J truck stop though, $1.96 there. It is rediculous.
