just thoughti coulld help.it worked for me. take a 12 volt tester,take a real small allen and hook it to the alligator clip,the take off the front plastic to reveal the key switch plug. un plug it. put the allen in one hole and the point of the tester in the other (the bottom plug not the key switch part) and kick away it should fire up first kick.if not it cuould be the switch in the throttle assembly. trace the wires to the throttle.when you trace them down the loom there is a plug at the end snip it off before the plug and use a butt connector to connect them. it should start then.that was my problem.Idid both and have never had a problem since,good luck dude,if you need a diagram,i can send you an exact diagram if need .
