  1. The problem is when people put pipe's on they dont know that they need to rejet them. I have seen quite a few 660's run hard but it take's a little cash to make them move. I will see what the one i have will do when it is done, it will be a 762cc motor in a light weight frame.

  18. The setup would be really close to having it setup on alky. Since it is only 15% gas and 85% ethenol. Depending on your comp. you might want to run a BR9 plug vs's the BR8 plug. Just make sure you are Rich when starting out on jetting. I have ran this in my 450 before but i mixed it with standard race gas so i wasnt running it straight. But i did notice a difference for sure once the jetting was good. E85 has an octane of approximately 105.
  19. Yes you can slide it right back toghter no problem, just like the guy's said above just keep a eye on it and take your time and DO NOT force it toghter.
  20. Yes you can, just unbolt everything and pull the bottom off just make sure the crank stays in the top side of the case with the cylinders. The tranny sit's in the top part of the case and the shift fork's and drum are in the bottom of the case. I pulled mine apart this way and it worked great. If you take your time you wont have any problem's and it will come right apart.
  21. Ok cool Thanks every one i will be welding the pin's up tonight.
  22. So is this something i can do with out a problem? The crank i have was just rebuilt but was not welded. I was thinking i would go ahead and weld it up since a shop rebuilt the crank and i am hoping it is trued. What do you guys think?
  23. Do both side's of the pin's need welded inside and out or just the outside? Thanks Bobby
