  1. HUGE mistake trying to be a diesel mechanic. Not to be a dick but, you will never make it in the field. Your gonna be torquing bolts as much as you weight. Believe me I work on diesels all day and I hate it kind of. It really beats you up. The biggest thing now a days tho( i haven't been in the field long but I talk with all the senior techs) NO MONEY!!!!! everything your learning in school is a waste. Nothing is rebuilt, its all replaced. When you replace thing you make no hours. Flat rate pay can be your worst enemy. especially for you. your gonna need allot of help. Most people don't like to stop what there doing to help someone out. That eats into there time. If you have any questions about it ask me I'll tell you straight up.

  3. A lot of people still have boost bottles. If its there, it's there. When you get a chance replace it out get different intakes. Is it gonna kill your bike tomorrow, prob not. Just keep on eye on the boots.

  6. I had my head suck on. Not as bad as yours but enough to piss me off. I took the hose off the back and I pulled up on that area with my hand and tapped the front with a hammer to get it up as straight as possible. Of course using a rubber dead blow.

  16. Just got my rotor and shirt from JD. This rotor is kick ass. Definitely heavy duty. Not like the cheap ones on eBay that warp and taco. Got it the day after it was promised.(holiday) thanks JD. going to you for all my metal needs.

  18. so has anyone used this place before?? There tires are really cheap and they ship really quick too. anyone have any known problems with this place?
  19. Just tying up odds and ends now. Still have yet to take her out. Had to repack the silencers, change the rear disc, I'm getting new plastics. Just maintenance stuff. But I'm gonna need help jetting, you or any one around able to help me out??
  20. What? Your gonna get allot of crap for this. Next post should have 1. Elevation 2. Mods 3. Temperature 4. Carbs 5. What jets you have now So list everything about your bike. Some one can probably tell you exactly what you need.
  21. The port job is to much.I ride trails.the price is awesome.I can't use something ported that much where I ride. Chill out. Its not even like you sent the pics anyway.
  22. The pressure plate isn 't lined upstraight. Keep moving it till it slides on.
