Hey fellas.. I am looking at getting my Shee powderchromed but I am having a problem finding someone that will do it and actually have it come out looking like chrome.. Is this possible or am I mistaken?? I pulled my custom front bumper off and had them do for me and it looks like shit. Looks nothing like chrome at all.. More like a Silver/Grey.. Is there anyone that actually does powderchrome that comes close to chrome plating?? Thanks!

Hey fellas... I have a problem and I am not really sure what to do.. If this is in the wrong forum, please move it for me. I figured it would get more attention here as it seems there are alot of peeps here that know their shit.. As some of you know, my Shee is getting torn down and I plan on doing some pretty cool shit to her.. The mods that are on the bike when I purchased it are as follows.. FMF Fatties and PC2's, K & N's with Prechargers, Jetted to 210 or 220, not sure.. Now I know I am going to do this for sure.. I am going to get the frame and other shit Powderchromed, new seat cover(black), new black plastic as found on fleabay, lightened flywheel, +2 swingarm, +4 timing key. I have been reading a boatload about engine mods. and I know for sure I dont want to go the stroker route.. What else can I do that will give me some nice all-around gains and wont break my bank.. I can deal with getting new carbs as they are on my wish list.. I can also send away the engine to some respected peeps too that isnt a prob. I would really like to get as many options as possible! I appreciate the replys fellas.. Model year 2000. I picked her up in 2001 for $5K and ran excellent! I have since been to Mexico a few times and the saltwater didnt like her very much so she got a little rusty... Most of it was my fault as I simply didnt care for her like I should have but that is all gonna change now when this little project is finished!

I would like you guys too see my Shee.. I am in the process of stripping her down, to give her a new look.. I want to powder coat the frame and some other pieces, Boonman is going to take care of the flywheel, +4, and a TORS Kit from Vitos. She already has FMF's, Been jetted and has K&N's. Hey fellas, Great place you got here! I am rebuilding my Shee and was wondering if I could get something in the way of new carbs..?? Engine is not totally stock as the jeting has been changed along with K & N's. THis project is a 'ground up' project where I am rippin it all out and getting things powder coated, chromed, etc, etc.. Also, can I remove ALL electrical from the quad, or do I hjave to leave some on it, besides the plug box of course?? I dont want any lights or shit on it any longer. I appreciate the responses! Thanks
