i used a small hand saw that worked awsome clean and fast. the other side i used a drummel tool with a cutoff whell that was too sensitive and more dusty and then required the removal of melted plastic

well guys i jus got my banshee back from k&k and what can i say.... my hands and forarms are like spaghetti now from holding on so tight. they is more low end grunt and the power band feels like i doubled. i love them. i also installed vforce reeds and advanced my timing 4 degrees. the throttle respose is much better, its easier to hit the throttle band even going up a hill in to high of a gear, befor when it was stock it would just go up put the rpm would just stay the same, noe even if im in two high of a gear a little gas and the rpms climb and along comes powerband. i love them and i recomend them to any stocker or modded shee. thanx rocket man and minkia and everyone else who answered all my questions prier to my purchase of them. join the rocket brotherhood.

well if you guys can remember a few weeks ago i was posting questions on weather everyone was happy with there rockets and weather i was crazy for puttin them ona stock 04. Anyways the pipes came in the fenders came off and the pipes went on. then i made an apointment with k&K atv WHO IM SURE YOU GUYS ARE FAMILIAR WITH. THEY HAVE A TWO PAGE SPREAD IN ALMOST EVERY ATV MAG. I went to there fasility the other morning and dropped shee of. there facility is like nothing ive ever seen, its like an occ / dentist office/ atv race shop with the most kick ass atvs on the shiney floor and hanggin from the ceiling. along with the trickest parts all over the walls and cloths and gear two. www.kandkatv.com anyways i called to day for the update and the mechanic said its all set you can pick her up. i said so how is shee ? he said well youl definatly need a seat belt and a change of underwair . he said it has a little more low end the power band kicks in even sooner and when it does watch out it lift em in every gear. he said he was shacking after the test ride. this is one of the guys from k&k who has probably ridden some of the sickest mx quads around. and he was shakin from my stocker. well i forgot to mension they put an adjustable stator cover and advanced the timing to 4 i think or maybe 5. and they also put delt vforce reeds. now i just need to pick it up and see for myself. cant wait. dont wait buy the rockets now!!! ill give another update when i pick it up. all shee needed was 310 main jet and shee liked everything else were it was.

nice. i just put my rockets on and cut my fenders on my 04 the other day. my shee is stock exept a uni foam filter. but monday its goin to the shop to get jetted for the pipes delta vforce reeds and aftermarked stator cover to advance the timing. and a boost bottle to boot. i cant wait to feel the diffrence yeehaww!! gitem!!

any ideas what jetting might be for a stock banshee with a foam uni filter an a nice shiny set of rocket pipes might be.

just ordered my rocket pipes today. my banshee is an 04 and its bone stock exept a uni foam filter. im probably gonna send it to the stealership to have them instaled and have them jett it for me. any ideas as to what the jetting might be for a stock banshee with rockets. anyone one here have rockets with a stock or close to stock shee?

hello, i f you havnt figured it out, this thread is about me possibly cuttin my front fenders but i dont wanna get wasted with mud . will the front tires throw lots of mud and stuff on me and my rear fenders. i live in massachusstes so i do plenty of woods and powerlines no dunes or anything.

ya but my shee is BONE stock i thought that they were more for shees with some work done on them. are you saying if i put rockets on it will be just fine for all kinds of riding. and with no work done. minkia do you know what the jetting should be for a stock banshee with rockets. i already but a uni foam filter with stock airbox and no holes cut. do the rockets come with jet kits.

im sure you guys heard of that k+k shop its got a 2 page add in the mags, well any ways there about 1 hour from my house and they said there kinda particular to lrds and there a serious atv shop so i figuer they know there banshees. i want mid-high. i love the turners to and rockets were my first choice but i think ill burn my legs, also my shee is an 04 bone stock. its just that this local shop is all about the lrd's so i thought it might be a good decision.

sounds like you ran out of gas. thats what happened to me. and i feared the worst. i checked everything but the gas tank. oops

any pics of banshees with lrd's or input would be appreciated

i lowered my idle by turning the big fat flat head screws that are wright on the top of the tors boxes that sit on top of each carb. did i do it right?

thinking of getting them. i have a stock 04. do they leak air slowly or are they just perfect in every aspect. i have a white/red 04 , what do you think black rims with red rings? maybe a set of chrome rockets to boot.

used to ,gave it up . had a autococker then an angel lcd then nothing at all.
