  1. ive replaced mine with a billet jobby. i just thought, man this thing is only 60 buxs or whatever to replace a plastic piece with some 6061. hmmm. if the plastic factory thinger breaks or just doesnt flow properly anymore im gonna melt a motor. that motor is gonna cost me $120+shipping to rebuild. (only becuase i work at a shop and get free machine time, do my own labor and buy new parts off ebay, other wise multiply my number by any positive integer needed to get your price.) shit, that makes sense.
  2. man i dont remember, it was a few weeks ago. they were all fairly low. the owner's son got the lowest a 187, maybe? or179? fuck i dunno. i wonder who got no1? valentino?
  3. the guy did a hell of a job. dont remember his name but pics are in the image forums.
  4. i can verify the 9k comment. new tires are shit on moist pavement, and they nearly high sided the bike and sent me flying. on a side note, i did get to ride, and burn off the rear tire on 2 new R-1 LE's. those are some amazing machines. 500 shipped by yamaha, 4 built by me.
  5. full time student working for a bachelors in mechanical engineering, part time machinist, and i might be known to have a beer or 30.
  6. low nitrogen can also play a huge role in a shock packing...................

  10. if you wanna leave it int he backl of your truck, back up to a light pole or wall. that way they cant drop the tailgate...........
  11. im sidin with wallrat. ive done quite a few and its takes a minute. not sure how you guyes are doin it in 5......
  12. do you know all the work involved in removing a crank. its fairly difficult if you dont know whats going on. be sure to get a manual and be careful to seat those seals properly. personally if i was going to split the case id forget the head and take care of some other things while im in there. whether it be a modified shift star, or turning down the flywheel. those are just simple things you are going to remove anyway and will make a big dif in the way you rev and shift.
  13. move to OK. shits cheap 'round these parts. plus one of the best SX parks in the country. fuck texas, we should have won that game.
  14. well a dildo insertion pic on an ATV forum is kinda overboard. the titty post was one thing, but a plastic toy in a juicy............umm i gotta go.
  15. if you want the arc, but dont know your trig and materials very well id do a 3-stage design. not rounded, but not flat. it wont be like hitting a wall, but it wont be as smooth either, so its a good trade off. i cant draw it right now, but i think you get the idea.
  16. they fit in right like the muffler bearings justin.
  17. im with Tyler on this one, for sure. freak them crazy lookin sluts. i can find a lady just as wild in the sack that looks much better.

  19. my buddy came into the house and yelled "Oh flower, Rosa Parks is dead! I bought everyone forties!"
  20. oh man, not the LT debate again. the shocks are longer, but the mounts are located further from the frame pivot to accomodate that. yess a small travel gain can be expected, as with any +2 a-arm.
  21. nope, sand. hence the paddles. (its fast too)
