Im trying to access the shift star to see why my trans only has 1st and 2nd gears. I cant seem to get the clutch boss off, i dont have any tools to hold it in place while trying to get the nut off. Any tricks or do I need a special tool. Thanks

After some hard racing and powershifting, my banshee only has 1st and 2nd gears, wont click up any more. It seems that I can only find neutral with the engine off. Any ideas before I tear it apart? Thanks
